The stay overall was good based on cost for the room, star rating and expectations which were fulfilled. My rating is based on expectations, not services provided. - Breakfast was good contrary to other guests feedback. Coffee was great and selection was also great. Especially beans in tomato/curry/chilly sauce and Baltic herring. - Room was basic but very clean. - Bed was according to star rating. Pillow was thin but solo travelling provides a privilege to use extra from another bed. - Did not have a chance to check the thickness of the walls pointed out by other travelers as mostly elderly couples from Germany was around. - Enjoyed massive buttons of Integrated toilet flusher. - The shower was OK and wash basin with a wide counter for your stuff was very convenient. - Window was closing properly and curtain was just about the right length.

Nothing to do with the Hotel but German travelers as metioned above somehow haven't gotten they are out of Germany now and still used their "Moogen" to greet other guests while waiting for the elevator to arrive.

For us it was perfect location. Breakfast was included in the room price. The food in the restaurant was nice and affordable priced.

Mattress protector was plastic and non-breathable, I was sweating every night. It also got creased and was very uncomfortable. Pillows were worn-out and small. I was missing a kettle in the room, usually there is a kettle with some coffee and tea sachets in other hotels.

It is a good place to stay, parking is right beside a gas station, and the staff is positive and accommodating. Breakfast is great and even suits for vegetarians/vegans! Our rooms were maintained clean and included all basic needs, a special thanks for a work table! Quite surrounding - good noise reduction!

It was cold inside. No heating (gas heaters turned off and no climate control unit) in late October is a sad thing to find out in your place to stay. Also could be better if the room had not only a freezer but also a kettle to make some tea or coffee.

The hotel & the room/bathroom feels outdated & you really feel that they've seen a lot. But despite that everything was very clean & tidy. Breakfast was with very limited choice but things that were there were quite good & tasty. But coffee & orange juice were not good at all. It is ok stay for one night though I am not sure if it is ok for the price comparing to other hotels & their price around Lithuania.

The room was very clean, with a clean shower room. Both spacious enough. Comfortable bed. Staff was nice, check-in was fast. The breakfast was very tasty. Calm environment in the hotel. No unpleasant smells. It was inexpensive, great value for money. The location was great for my needs (not far from mall "Akropolis", where Ollex airport bus transfers arrive).

There was no anything that I would dislike.

It was good breakfast, friendly stuff and for me location was perfect.

I would not like the mattress on the bed too soft so couldn't sleep good. Also it was missing the fridge in the room, what i really needed, bcs was traveling with dog and needed to put his food.

We stayed there just for 1 night. Our room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was quite good and had a good variety of food: eggs-beans-sausages, fresh vegetables, porridge, cereal, bread. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. Free parking right near the hotel door. The location is convenient for visiting the Curonian Spit - just 5 min walk to the new ferry (cars, bikes, people).

No fresh fruit for breakfast, and only 1 variety of cake as a sweet treat. No safe box in the room. The hotel is located near a port, gas station and construction works - so, the view is not really nice. And it's quite far from the old town - we used taxi to get there.

Really lovely stay, convenient to markets and close to the ferry. All the staff were friendly from reception to the restaurant for breakfast.

A fridge would be awesome but I already knew this wasn't available upon booking. Excellent for everything else advertised, would love to stay again.

There was a terrific breakfast buffet, a great mix of mediterranean, american and local cuisines. The room was clean and quiet with fantastic water pressure in the shower. It is on the corner with a large parking lot and close to the car ferry terminal and a couple miles from old town.

We asked for a late checkout the day before, late check-out is until 3pm. We arrived back at 2:50pm only to be told that we were late. They stated they had called my phone and I had agreed to an earlier checkout at 1pm. We were riding bikes on the Curconian Spit, my phone never rang and I never answered my phone or a text. I asked them to call the number they had called previously and the receptionist declined. We were accompanied to our room by another hotel employee to gather our things and escorted out. It was an unfortunate event and too bad the hotel staff was so rude.

Very convenient location, loved the view from the window. Friendly service.

What I disliked the most were the chairs in the breakfast café. They had protruding nails, and I scraped my leg on them. On top of that, the bad coffee ruined my morning.
