The receptionist that greeted us Sunday afternoon Aug 30th was FANTASTIC! We had questions about parking and transportation and she gave us great advice! :-) We also needed to leave the next morning at 5am. She noticed that we had inadvertently booked a breakfast, so instead of leaving us disappointed, she suggested and then arranged for bagged breakfasts. (Even accommodating my gluten-free needs.) The hotel is fine, and the helpful staff made our experience there SO much better! Thank you! (I'm sorry I can't remember the receptionist's name. She gets gold stars for great service!)

Hotel felt newly built/renovated. We had a standard room for 4 persons. Beds were comfortable. Room was big, clean and quiet, even though windows were facing the street. Airconditioning was perfect! Bathroom was ok. Great to have a refigirator. Big Maxima food store close to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice. Got free parking at the hotel.

We would have liked more choice of juces at breakfast (now they had only greapfruit juice), but that is a minor thing. Hotel was a bit far from the old town (20 min walk), but the quality of the hotel compensated for that.

1. Very good location, in the vicinity of Vilnius center. Possible to reach everything within it by foot. 2. Comfortable beds and i realy realy liked the silence, cause at the beggining of my trip i though that those walls are thin like paper, but i was wrong ("never judge a book by its cover.."). 3. Easy to orientate and to go to the airport.

The only thing i did not like was a realy small parking lot. It is a damn lottery to get a parking spot right there, especially if its an occasion an the capital is full of tourists, as it was when i stayed there (and we haven't been informed about that risk.

The location is not the best, but it takes only 25 min to get to the city center in foot. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Great staff! Beds are good! AC, small fridge, kettle in the room (instant coffee and tea bags provided). Great music selection for the hallways etc.

Limited parking space (we got one the next day and never moved the car again :) Reading lights and electric outlets were right behind our pillows which doesn't make sense at all as we always got our heads to the reading lights. The pillows were pretty low, which wasn't comfortable for me at all.

The hotel was very clean ..Rooms were of a decent size and beds very comfortable . The surrounding area was very quiet ,though we had a room at the rear of the hotel there is transport right outside the hotel which runs till 11pm i believe so if you had a front room I don't know how this would effect you .Rooms were serviced every day unless you requested it not to be for that day . Staff were very friendly and willing to help as much as they could. Hotel is not far from Old Town so if you are able to walk without problems then is a pleasant15 20 mins walk .If you rather b as i have said transport is outside .

The staff was kind and helpful in everything I might needed. Important that everyone working there is speaking English! The place is not completely in the center, but still is in a very interesting area for one to explore and I could describe it as a quiet one. Clean rooms, common areas and corridors. Every day the cleaning lady was leaving me clean cups, coffee and teas, a big plus! I liked my stay there, thus eventually I expanded it. :)

Everything was fine, nothing to suggest. Maybe just to expand the hours of the breakfast for 1 or 2 hours more.

Be aware that as advertised, there is free parking BUT it’s very limited. I think they have just 26 spaces for the entire large hotel and the staff use some of them. When we arrived there were no spaces available and this was important for us because we were travelling in our own car from the UK for 6 weeks so the car was full. A helpful member of staff gave us the space she was using when going off duty at 9 pm. One other thing to be aware of if you are older is that the shower has a high lip and as quite small and very slippery. It really needs a non slip mst and grab rails.

They have lovely and friendly stuff, they gave me lovely tips for my way through the city and how to go my destination. Even though they close their kitchen at night, they suggested me to use Bolt Food to have food and that was great. They have a good breakfast which was more than enough and everyone can find something to eat. Rooms were clean, towels were enough they provided bathroom stuff (shampoo, body wash) and room was pretty big. Hotel is located in a very good place. You wanna go to Vingis Park for a concert? You can walk. You wanna visit the old town? You can walk! You wanna go to airport, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel that you can take the bus directly to airport.

The hotel is located in a rather convenient place: walking distance to old city and not far from the airport. The room was both clean and spacious. The mattress was very comfortable and I had a very nice sleep both nights.

Sound proofing in the room was poor. In case you do have neighbours you can hear every movement and most of the talks. The breakfast area was very crowdy (may be because at those days a conference was held there) and you could not find a table to seat. The quality of breakfast and the choices were just ok.

The hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It was very clean everywhere. Rooms are small but have everything that's needed, most importantly - big, super comfortable bed. Nice breakfasts and professional staff. The location was also very good - around 15 mins walk from the old town.

The car parking could be made easier to find, a photo with map location would be nice. There are no signs from the main road either. Also the rooms could be a bit more soundproof. Those are all details though
