Extremely helpful reception staff. I will say Mr Laurynas helped me at the right time to get a taxi, when other taxis were not available. Otherwise I would have missed my flight back. The compaction showed by the staff made my stay a delightful one. Mr. Laurynas made me decide to stay only at Comfort Hotel LT - Roch 'n' Roll in my future visits to Vilnius.

Great stay. The room was warm, clean and spacious, and the bed comfy. Bathroom was spacious as wel, with plenty or room to sit on the toilet and a decent shower (with thermostatic valve), so not endless mixing of hot and cold water. Floorheating in the bathroom was nice as well. Staff was polite and helpful. When we asked to check out a little bit later this was no problem. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and did not come by car, so can't comment on those facilities.

Some details that are in no means dealbreakers: A fridge in the room would have been nice. The TV that started playing automatically every time we inserted the keycard in it's slot was a bit annoying. Also would be nice in this day and age to be able to cast to the tv :-)

A hotel in a great location. Just a 10-minute bus ride from the airport, a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and only 5 minutes to the train and bus stations (perfect for those wanting to visit Latvia, Estonia, or Belarus). There is a large store right across the street, and an on-site laundry facility. Highly recommended!

That’s probably the only downside—the laundry. Hotel guests don’t seem to care about others. It took me over half a day just to do one load of laundry. This could definitely be improved. For example: if you don’t pick up your clothes on time, you crawl to Aušros Vartai on your knees!

That was a nice stay! The room (#514) was clean and spacious. There was a kettle, a free set of tea/coffee, towels, shampoo/gel and soap in the shower. As I am very sensitive to sounds and light, it was extremely nice to have blackout curtains and noise cancellation. I slept like a baby 😴 The location is perfect – 7-10 minutes on foot from the bus and railway stations and 10-15 minutes from the Old Town but still not too crowded or noisy. There is also a large store just across the street. The breakfast was great – veggies, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, bread, cheese, fruits, etc. I felt a bit lost because there were so many options to choose from and everything looked yummy 😅 And the staff! Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you for making my vacation stay great ❤️

It was nice and laid back....but efficient. Had a decent vibe about it. Breakfast on Sunday was pretty mental....but weekdays were much less stressful. Room was very good. No issues.

I was on my own at breakfast. I was half way through my meal when I wanted a top of orange juice. Took my phone...am I going to leave it there with a busy place....left my knife and folk not together but in still eating mode. No more than a few minutes away. My meal was swept up and was gone. I did complain...but it was pointless....stupidity ruled the day. Train your staff.

Lovely hotel. Check-in is quick. The restaurant serves delicious lunch and dinner during the day and evening. The Old Town is close for a walk. In the summer, there are many good outdoor cafes. This is my "home hotel" in Vilnius. I have been staying there for over 10 years. All the rooms are clean.

Breakfast selection could be a little better. Staff should check more often to see if juices are available. - Underground parking. Sometimes there are problems when leaving the garage, even if you have paid for parking when registering. Maybe the parking camera does not recognize the license plate of a car from another country. Then you have to call a specific number and explain the situation. Last time I spent at least 3-4 minutes leaving the garage.

I liked everything and I would describe it all in one word - comfort. First of all, what is most important for me is really clean, I was very happy to sleep in a very fragrant and clean, ironed bed. I was not afraid to touch anything, everything is very neat and corresponds to the description. Convenient navigation in the form of different posters everywhere, the atmosphere is pleasant. We came on business, and in terms of rest, the hotel did an excellent job. I really liked the breakfast, it was very varied. The staff is pleasant, friendly. I am very happy with my experience in Comfort Hotel, it lives up to its name! Thank you:)

Met all of the basic requirements well: Comfortable bed, good shower, effective A/C, good buffet breakfast, etc. Located about a 10 minute walk from the train / bus station although it's not the best walk to take trailing large suitcases as the walking surfaces are uneven. Depending on where in Old Town you are heading to, a walk of 20 - 30 minutes is required. There is a well stocked supermarket directly opposite the hotel.

One bizarre quirk is that the hotel charges €2.50 to refresh the 2 tea-bag / 2 instant coffee sachets provided in the room while promoting the fact that the first set is free. I mean, what other hotel does that?

I had a fantastic stay at Comfort Hotel LT - Rock ‘n’ Roll. The breakfast was a delightful traditional spread, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The location is perfect, situated in the city center and just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the historic area. One of the highlights was the private parking available at the hotel, which made it easy to come and go without worrying about finding a parking spot. The room itself was excellent – very comfortable and well-appointed, with the added bonus of a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great amenities, prime location, and wonderful service.

I loved having the community areas to sit and have a beer or a glass of wine. The room layout was so good and very comfortable. I had the double bed, a long desk area with chair, another relaxing chair, a place to open my suitcase and shelves and hangers above and the all important nightstand with reading lamps - don't know why the nightstand was only on one side of the bed though, but not an issue for just myself. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. Very nice hotel in a great location for walking to Old Town. Good Wifi.

I thought the room could have had an overhead light as it seemed dim when it came to getting settled in and packing up to leave. The 12E breakfast is way overpriced but fortunately there is a supermarket right across the street. Just know if you want a bottle of wine for your room, get it before 8pm. The room has a kettle with 2 packets of coffee so I was able to buy individual packets at the supermarket. They only clean the rooms after 4 days, I actually prefer that..
