The location is perfect and the windows are right at the Church. You can open window and enjoy the atmosphere of the old town. Because lift was broken, the staff complimented me with higher standard room. It was extraordinary. The lighting is beautiful. Everything was extremly beautiful and made me feel wonderful during the stay.

Best location, has parking with 30€ extra per night

There are no body lotion, hair conditioner no cotton pads and shower hat. For this kind of hotel is disappointing

The YOLO suite/panoramic room is possibly the best hotel room on the planet. The views - one of a kind. The quality of the room is simply outstanding. Nothing compares anywhere in the world. The bathtub and shower are both luxury. The hotel is very clean, with staff going above and beyond to help. A lady in reception helped me when my flowers never arrived. The lady whose name I didn't know, called for me at 10pm and later contacted me on the room phone to tell me she had managed to speak to the florist and that flowers would be there the next morning. Everything and everyone about this hotel is luxury. I recommend staying here.

Our three-night stay at this wonderful hotel was truly memorable. The stylish decor, immaculate cleanliness, and breathtaking views of Vilnius’ red rooftops and churches from our skylight made every morning special. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcomed and well cared for. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, setting the perfect tone for the day. The location’s unique charm and proximity to the Old Town made it ideal. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning.

What a wonderful hotel in the heart of old town Vilnius. Specially just before Christmas when all of the town is covered with cute lights/decorations & mulled wine just to hit the spot. The Yolo room seems even bigger than on the pictures, so its not as small as we was thinking it would be. The breakfast was fair, for a morning buffet - what more would you want, it was good enough choices. Overall it was a nice two night stay and would probably book it again while in Vilnius🎄✨

Aldo we did enjoy the hotel, there are few slight things caught our attention. Coffee machine in the breakfast - that should be exchanged for a new one! Customers struggled with the coffee machine as it stopped working at any point, made only people stand in a line and it was the only one there. Maybe add an old fashioned mug one? In the room there could've been more complimentary water bottles than one bottle for each person.. also there should've been napkin papers in a such complimented room (so to not use toilet paper). These are not in any way deal breakers but small logical changes for the money people pay to stay 🙃

Location. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Customer service wasn't the best. I stayed 3 nights, but the card key would stop working every afternoon. Apparently, it wasn't programmed for the whole stay, and I had to go down to the reception desk to get it re-programmed. No apologies were offered.

I really liked the interior – everything was new and spotlessly clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms had everything we needed.

However, the sofa beds in the four-person rooms were extremely uncomfortable. If you’re traveling with friends, I strongly advise against booking a large room for everyone, as the difference in sleeping quality between the bed and the sofa is significant. The breakfast was quite basic for €15. In Vilnius, I’d recommend going to a café instead – for the same price, you can get something more refined and delicious.

This was my second visit to this hotel; I came for a week on my own in March and this time came back for 3 nights. This is a really wonderful hotel, by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful; really modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing, with a kettle/tea/coffee/fridge, which is always good. The beds are very comfy and the feel of the hotel itself is very pleasant/welcoming (and the staircase leading up to the rooms (photo attached) is lovely. We stayed in a room with a balcony this time, which was excellent; we had a beautiful view over the buildings nearby (photo of the balcony and its view attached). The breakfast room is lovely and cosy, too, with a really nice selection of foods and drinks. Overall, a perfect hotel stay :)

Nothing :) It was all great.

We had an amazing large room and very comfortable with a king bed and two twins for our kids. The location could not be better it was literally few hundred steps from the gate of dawn and we were very comfortable walking around in the night. Also on-site parking (for a fee) was very comfortable .

I had specifically booked a place with an elevator but we were given rooms that are not accessible and the elevator does not go there. If you have mobility issues and need accessibility please make sure to communicate that to the hotel . Also the tub was strangely so high I was always afraid of not being able to reach down form it.

Great location and a lovely boutique hotel. The room was really warm and the bathroom had a great shower. The bar had a lovely menu and the hot wine was to die for!

Housekeeping wasn’t great. We stayed for 4 nights and had only one visit to clean our room. We put a do not disturb card on our door the morning after our first night until we left for breakfast and then changed it to make up room. Despite this, the room wasn’t replenished with fresh towels nor cleaned. We called down to the front desk as we needed towels for our shower’s, waited an hour and had to call again. If they can nail the housekeeping this hotel would get top marks.
