The hotel is just in the perfect location, in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was very good, staff are the nicest in all departments, and the rooms are nicely decorated.

Swimming pool was very small, and too cold, not to mention the whole spa was outdated and needs renovation. Service at breakfast was very slow, but the buffet was good. Some of the rooms were very small, but we were moved into bigger rooms, however, bathrooms are way too small, with no counter space at all, and most importantly what was a total headache was the door of the bathroom, as in all rooms, they open to the outside, with automatic door closers and was very not user-friendly especially for the elderly parents.

A truly 5* property in a great location. Our rooms were located in a "new" hotel building next to a historical one (connection is via bridge). The rooms were nice, stylish and clean, even though not very spacious. One of the rooms had a panoramic view of the central Vilnius. Nothing to complain about except some issues with the noise (see below).

There was a strange and pretty audible noise in the rooms which occured multiple times during our stay, as if a jet airplane flied directly over the building, or as if a tram was passing outside the window (but there was of course neither jet nor tram anywhere close). Otherwise, we had a perfect stay.

Spacious and exceptionally clean Junior Suite was better than I expected. Had a luxurious feel to it, not too cozy, but rather posh. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

The below is just nit-picking: Some rooms are in a connecting building so it's a bit of a labyrinth to navigate (ok for adults, but can be slightly confusing for kids). Gym & swimming area were in 1 big room which was OK but unconventional. PS! sauna & swimming area are not in the SPA area. For future travelers by car -- nothing to do with the hotel: the nearby parking meters give you an eTicket (there is no printout even if you enter the maximum possible €25 into the machine), pay attention to the time on the meter or take a photo to remember how long your parking is valid for. Parking is €5 for 2h.

The hotel is very modern, very well equipped and clean. The service staff are excellent, very attentive and always with a smile. Stayed there for 2 nights. Location is right in the middle of old town. Didn't try the restaurant but tried the bar and cocktails couple of times, best Espresso Martini I've ever had. Prices are quite steep for in comparison to other places.

I thought the spa/pool area was dated and needed TLC- the pool is in the gym, little weird to swim and chill in the jacuzzi when people are exercising right in front of you.

Location is amazing, right in the middle of the old town, but has access to driving roads too. Great food places nearby for lunch and dinners Also, Vilnius has a great breakfast culture, so we went out for breakfasts. We used hotel’s gym, swimming pool and two saunas all the time. Hotel has a rooftop bar and nice bar near lobby.

Breakfast was ok, but could be better for a 5*. All the rest was great.

Exceptional Service of Concierge & Front Desk. The concierge guy (forgot his name) on the night of check-in 21st Jul was extremely helpful. Superb service by him. Everyone at the hotel was exceptional service. Rooms are a bit small given that it's in the old town city centre but loved the hotel and decor. Parking is an issue but was manageable. Facilities were good. Nice indoor pool, steam, sauna.

Beautiful old building and overall nice & calm athmosphere. Location was perfect for us. The selection at breakfast was very good and delicious. Staff was very friendly and considerate. Comfy room with good air con and nice decor.

Breakfast room was pretty small and perhaps not enough staff to keep up the service in full - at least when the hotel was fully booked.

Location, cleanliness and quality of interior

The shower was not draining, so we couldn’t take a shower on the first day, it was unblocked/fixed the next day. For breakfast buffet, the only salad dressing option was olive oil & balsamic vinegar. I expect at three options for a five star hotel. I couldn’t enjoy breakfast as I usually just have salad.

Amazing location just off the Old City. We had a great view on the Square and very spacious room. We were worried about potential noises, but it turned out to be ok. Breakfast was great - nice selection of interntaional and local foods. Really nice stay - dont know if anything could be better!

The hotel is spread across two buildings and it can be confusing how to get to your room

Extremely friendly and polite staff, perfect location, 24/7 SPA.

Room with balcony had no actual balcony - its size was like 20 cm length, you can't even place your foot there. It also lacks private parking. Air conditioning doesn't work properly - you can set temperature as low as possible, but actual room temperature will be like 25 Celsius.
