The 2 deluxe bedroom is nice, comfy n spacious.Can enjoy seaview at the spacious balcony.There are 2 toilets .There is a sitting place for us to relax n a small kitchen.The breakfast is good n tasty.Nasi lemak sambal is nice n also the scramble eggs with baked beans.The staff reserved parking on site because my brother is handicapped (leg amputee.)Thumbs up!!!

The hallway is dim n spooky.My room is right at the end so long walking for us.The furniture in our room is old.The balcony railing needs to be painted to look nice.The room doesn't smell nice.

The ocean and beach view from this hotel was amazing. We enjoyed it so much and that's why we stayed 6 days here. The beds comfortable. The pool was lovely. Breakfast ok with attentive efficient staff.

Hotel is a little run down, but the view and beach side position compensated for this. The Laguna restaurant downstairs on the beach has loud music till midnight every night which can be heard while trying to sleep

Spacious rooms, excellent view (5mins walking distance to the beach!) & nice pool. Kids loved it!

Expected the breakfast for a hotel of this stature to taste better, but alas..the foods prepared were average & below expectation.

Really huge spacious room, wonderful beach bar, and nice swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, i really loved that food. The bed was very very comfortable. After i read many negative comments, this place was a big surprise in the best way.

Unfortunately not everything is perfect, our room was a bit run down, the balcony doors need real power to open or close, we didnt have any hot water, and the safe was unusable. The elevators are quite fast, but sometimes need to wait a lot, because its busy.

Room complete with facilities. Big bed and I love their Bath tub

Refrigerator, toilet flush and access card door got problem. Everytime I need to go down to reception 4-5 times to change the access card and reboot the card.

The room was litlle bit old but with antiqu style very comfort, very big room and come with balcony, kitchen and also dining area~ The Buffet Breakfast also very tasty and super duper delicious~ Pool area with nery nice view and just walk down will get to the beach

1.Our hot shower was not functioning when we check in, get the maintenance team to fixed it and ok-ed 2.Room comes with breakfast but was not mentioned that it was not a buffet type. Its a room service where the portion was really small with no main dish (western for weekend) 3.Walkway at the lobby to the elevator was wet and i was slipped with minor injuries

Nice view from hotel,bed was nice huge comfortable... facilities in room nice but television not working but juz ignore and use our fon ..because wife signal is gud...parking also provided easier...

Breakfast really worse not hygiene must improve the way they serve n variety must add...better to include breakfast in this package..room carpet need to be change it look very old...n sink in room n shower was liking.. otherwise all nice

The check in time is stated 3pm but the que is too long and it makes most of the client uncomfortable to wait for too long..we get the key by 4pm only..we wil be much appreciate if the check in time start abit earlier so tat we wont waste our time waiting for the key..there is no WiFi password was given...but the rest we appreciate all
