Very professional and friendly front desk staff (Singh, I think is his name). There was a problem with our booking which he helped us resolve, and then he upgraded our rooms. This was greatly appreciated because it was so late at night when we checked in, and we were very tired and not in the mood to deal with logistic problems like this haha Clean, big room with a very comfortable mattress and pillows Great shower Ample parking Just off the main road so it’s quiet Nice blackout curtains that keep out the lights Only two floors so the hotel isn’t noisy at all, and don’t have to wait so long for the lift haha

The sink is in the room which is a bit unusual but that’s a really minor thing!

Too many functions during my stay - 1) Birthday party until late night, many people in the lobby and had to park outside from parking box (with guard permission) 2) birthday celebration at cafe in the morning - had to move to other table after sitting when staff said certain tables is reserved (probably last minute booking), no "Reserved" card displayed on the table.

Nice ..clean hotel..looks new..comfortable..overall excellent..

Adviced to book parking for guest who r stay in the hotel especially heavy raining & have many people for dinner event.staff unable to manage and booked parking once guest went out to buy something.we have to get very far park than lobby.only that to improve on this..TQ

The place is very nice and clean. It exceeded my expectation. Will definitely return on my next trip to Ipoh

Overal is okay

No smoking area at the top of room. All entire room are not allowed for smoking. Customer didn't have a choice to choose the room with free smoking. At least, do a smoking areas at the top so customer not have to up and down with elevator if want a have a smoking.

The room is bright, TV channels are in proper order, hotel is clean throughout. The location is quote centralised and it's away from the buzzling of city , like traffic jam and noise.

Perhaps, can consider putting shades in the park lots.

its was a nice & clean accomodation hotel. Thank you to Indian Guy at reception last night for upgrade my room for free,very polite.im am sorry that cannot remember his name,Hope to stay here again in future.

the hotel was clean as it is a new hotel. the check in procedure quiet fast and the staff was friendly and good . worth the price for 1 night for a new hotel. the hotel place was nearby to anything. i love it so much. will come again later for sure. thank you.

Great location, with easy access to the old and new town where you can find lots of cafe, restaurants and shops. We were being upgraded to a bigger room as the hotel wasn't busy, extra room space for the 2 of us :)

It was a very quiet night so the hotel looks a bit eery...
