This is my 3rd time with M Boutique Hotel Station 18. I got my request worked out as i prefer a proper bathroom with doors rather than a open concept bathroom. The cleanliness was a whole lot more better than my previous stay, no dirt stains coming out during shower. The staff was superbly friendly who got what i requested for like room slippers, shower gel and tissue box. I think im starting to like this place for short stay somehow.

I think the pricing with booking.com and what the hotel charged wasnt tally. The hotel charged extra?! Other than that i think its ok.

The rooms were eclectic but functional. I booked a king room for my family of 4. It had a poster bed and a rollaway. The room was big and had ample space for clothes and things. The bathroom has big too. The atmosphere was very chill and so instagrammeable. There's a 99 mart across the hotel and Aeon Mall is 5 minutes walk away, so it's very convenient.

Nothing which I didn't like given that it's a relaxed place like Ipoh! Only thing to mention is that is a bit of a drive away for breakfast as most of the coffeeshops are the area are only open for lunch and dinner.

Location is good near to Aeon, walking distance. Room is big and had exceeded expectations for the family room. Just the toilet door can’t be lock.

Reserved a parking but was told they do not have parking! Arranged for late check out with staff on the check in day night, she said can checked out at 1pm, asked her if need to indicate anywhere or extend the card time, said no need. Next day at 12noon, counter staff called and asked when are you checking out, told her we had arranged to be 1pm. But she just repeatedly replied no one had told me. I would said it’s within your internal issues, you shouldn’t throw it to customers instead.

It’s was nice to be a little further from the centre of Ipoh. The hotel is well maintained and very clean, and we had an amazingly massive room that the children could run around in. The Japanese restaurant downstairs is also quite good.

There was something a little annoying about the decor in the corridor on the first floor we stayed on (low hanging things that bumped into the head of this slightly tall person). Also, I read in some reviews that one of the rooms was haunted. I was disappointed that I didn’t see any ghosts. I would probably pay good money to stay in a hantu-themed hotel

The interior design of the hotel and the room is nice. The room is spacious for a family suite with 2 large beds. Short walking distance to Aeon and 99 speedmart. The hotel staff is helpful to assist with parking payment for those who don't have the app. Overall a comfortable place for a short vacation.

Things for the hotel to improve: 1. The passenger lift is in need of maintenance. 2. Shower is easily clogged. 3. Cobweb needs to be removed and some small holes on the ceiling need to be repaired. 4. At least the hotel should provide 2 access cards for a family suite for easy access by family members to go in and out.

Just like the main M Boutique which I’ve stayed in before, it has its own unique style and great service. The rooms here are more spacious because it is a few more kilometres away from the city centre.

I’ll say teething issues as of Oct2023 - some minor leaking during a heavy downpour but not serious and the hotel staff were immediately on it, and offered options too. Very professional. Other than that maybe hot water can be hotter. Again minor issues that I think can be solved if management works it out quickly.

My second time here. Love the place for a number of reasons: convenient parking, hassle free check-in and check-out, clean room and bathroom, helpful front desk, they provide coffee, 3 bottles of drinking water, water boiler, mini chiller, full set of toiletries including hair dryer. You also have 99Speedmart right opposite the hotel and 7-11 within a short walking distance. The hotel is also next to AEON Station 18.

It's a little far from Ipoh town so if you're planning to stay here and make multiple trips to Ipoh town then be prepared to drive a little more than usual. But I think paying a lot less for a nice room and hotel and just having to drive a little more is a good bargain nonetheless.

Very stylish room and hotel. Great sushi restaurant and walking distance to a shop and bigger mall. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom is spacious. The guy who cleans rooms is super friendly and helpful.

No breakfast options available. Restaurant is only open for lunch and dinner. The minibar is powered by the room key card, meaning that nothing will stay cold in the fridge after you leave the room. Hotel is far away from city center/attractions, but that is not their fault 😅

When I walked in, I was greeted by this amazing receptionist. I wish I had taken her name but I didn't. She was super nice and friendly. I liked how the hotel is a little unique. Has old-school and modern vibes. The room was clean, The bed was comfy. The washroom was clean. Everything was clean. Had enough towels. Good job keep going. Will definitely book here again. Loved the service from the Japanese cuisine at the lobby. Btw don't judge from the outside. :)

I didn't spot anything that made me unhappy.

Smooth check-in, friendly staffs, good facilities and cleanliness, and there's even an emergency torch, which is pretty unusual but will be useful in urgent situation

For our family room, there's like a decoration or bars? for mosquito net I guess, the bar structure is bigger than the bed itself, so the extra part can be dangerous and hazards to tripping over and fall, hopefully can improvise this
