Hotel stay was value for money. 2nd time here. First stay was a room without window and that wasnt good. This time round, we have additional pax (4 pax) and got a room with window and it was great! Simple snacks and beverage (including hot and cold water) provided at ground floor was beyond expectation. Few good eateries and massage place nearby. Short distance to shopping malls.

Parking not provided. Got a parking summon at 9+am. Hotel staff mentioned about the need to pay for parking from 8am and we thought we pay at counter before leaving hotel. However, we got a summon instead. :(

There is a trap people should know. Cancellation of room for whatever reasons is not allowed. I had experienced it this time. I mistakenly booked the wrong date which is 3 months away. I actually wanted it immediately. I cancelled and the cancellation cost is the full sum. It does not make sense because it is 3 months ahead and does not cause the hotel losses. I will not use this hotel again because I cannot guarantee I won't make a mistake.

Very comfortable room and bathroom, even with the small size. Amazing location for nearby food and shopping, even a 7-Eleven nearby but the hotel also has its own snack bar with both complimentary and cheap snacks and instant noodles, including water cooler and microwave.

However, no handsoap was provided and the toilet was easily blocked even when minimising use of toilet paper. Doors/walls are not so soundproofed so can easily hear other people in hallways (and even neighbouring rooms). One room (Mini Queen) had Netflix and Youtube, while the other (Mini Queen with Window) only had local channels.

The staff were perfect. Friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as I was having something on at Toppen Shopping Centre and it was within walking distance through and fro. The loft was great— comfortable and value for money.

Would prefer the ironing board and iron to be in individual rooms but there wasn't a line to use the iron in the corridors so it's not too bad. The toilet is not for fussy users, it can be quite crampy and uncomfortable for those who are particular about toilet sizes.

The hotel has many F&B outlets and grocery stores. I particularly like Belly Good cafe which is like 2 mins away. There are common facilities available eg work area (with power outlets), ironing board, plus free beverages and some biscuits in the morning near front desk. We didnt drive but there seems to be sufficient street parking spots.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear people in the corridor. However, overall, it was noisy.

The room is cozy and clean. I may repeat to stay here next time. The hosts are really warm & service is really nice. A restaurant also located beside the hotel. Just walking down the same corridor.

The room is a bit small & no indoor slippers were provided since the floor is very cold at night. The night light also a bit disturbing since it was located directly above our heads which was too direct with the eyes when we were laying down on the bed. Others are quite satisfying.

Location wise was ok however you still need to take grab wherever u want to go to places... eatery also nearby for local food especially right at the corner got 1 Ramly burger stall😋👍🏻

Should provide mini fridge if possible... the room was clean but once I go out for a day and came bck to the room have this stinky smell surround the room... so better bring along room spray if you sensitive towards stinky smell

- No fuss, no frills, but comfortable and clean hotel near to bus terminus and IKEA; - Boutique Industrial “New York studio” style rooms and furnishings; - Quick checkin and checkout, and professional, efficient staff (who speak English fluently); - Excellent price for the large, clean, comfortable room. - Air-con worked amazing.

- Not many restaurant or convenience stores nearby (that were open when I stayed). But Grab delivery was easy and convenient. - Not many public transport options nearby. Used Grab. - Stylish Industrial style rooms and furnishing. Maybe a bit “cold” and for some guests (I personally liked it very much).

The hotel is quite cozy. It is near amenities (7-11) and restaurants. I love the wooden table at the lounge. Good to hangout with friends in this area. The room is quite clean. The staffs are also helpful and friendly.

The wall is not soundproof. In addition, the shower is combined with the toilet bowl area, making it easily wet.

Clean and comfortable. Value for money. Has reasonable WiFi and they provide drinking water for refill at the lobby even though they also provide bottled water in the rooms.

All was fine except that someone was either smoking in the next room or the stair well next to my room. Could not breathe well for 2 hours. Culprit probably went missing after I called reception who said she will check.
