Staff are polite and helpful. Room is clean, Location is walking distance to aeon tebrau. Family room can accommodate 4 adult & 2 children. Free open space carpark right outside hotel.

No elevator, need to carry luggage to level 2.

This is my second time staying at JS hotel. We love the convenient location (right next to AEON Tebrau and Toppen Mall), it's clean and perfect for a family/couple stay, really affordable and they have their own cat! We weren't expecting room service since we were only staying for 2nights, but they still provided it for us anyways. Really kind and friendly owners.

Can't really think of anything I didn't like! Just take note that there isn't a lift there so do be prepared to climb a flight of stairs if you're bringing a luggage.

Minimalist design. Spacious room. Smooth check-in. Free parking. Walking distance to Aeon Tebrau Mall. 2 comfortable King-sized beds. Raised platforms for beds is a good idea and children who flip and turn during sleep will not get seriously hurt when they fall out of the beds. Clean bathrooms. Could hear the traffic at times but considered quite compared to other hotel.

Just be cautious when you walk in and out of the bathroom due to steps and ledges. But at night better to have some kind of night light or sensor light (the sensor light i brought along became useful) in the room as you walk to bathroom because you might fall off the platform if not careful. This room is not wheelchair friendly as seen in pic but great for family with kids.

Location is good, near Toppen, Aeon Tebrau City and Ikea No private parking lot provide, but there is a public car park opposite the hotel Staffs are friendly, smooth process during check in and check out

Great staff. Met one lady and three guys. All great and helpful. Left our luggage for storage at the lobby for a few hours and came back to them safe and untouched.

The sounds from the neighbouring rooms seem like they had no insulations. You can even hear their footstepts and what they are watching on their phones.

The room was great, clean and good for short trip. Located at two big malls with many good eats around the vicinity.

The wi-fi in the room could be better, connectivity wasn't there and was difficult to surf the internet.

Staff friendly and helpful, great location, room clean, spacious and comfortable, aircon was cold. Recommended and will come back again
