I like the spring bed which made my baby sleep comfortable for almost the whole day. The water is clean. The sink is big enough to wash my baby equipment and has table.They give me good location room (no. 202) with window on 1st floor. And I wonder whose the bedroom architect because it's design is compact and cozy yet satisfying for me. Like the half transparent toilet wall. Recommended for budget staying =).

The room paint wall is peeling off due to aging properties might be. Dust is inevitable almost every side of bedroom and no elevator but that's little fine to me. The bed is too high and my baby had fall accidentally but gratefully no serious risk.

Room is not soundproof, expect to hear the sound of people closing the door, talking, ringtone even.

Clean big room for family of 4, good beds that is not too hard or soft. Provide 2 pillow each person, one hard and one soft. Aircon is cold enough. Wall power comes with universal socket with 2 USB charger each. Clean bathroom that is better than others. Towels provided, head to toe soup provided. Conclusion: Very very good hotel comparable to others of the same range. Almost 3 star hotel with price of 2 star. Will come back here again if staying around the area. Highly Recommended!

Aircon motor is loud but does not affect our sleep

Rooms are not sound proof No toothpaste & toothbrush

The hotel listens to the needs of its customers. My family and I went to a hospital from Singapore to see a doctor. A hygienic and quiet environment is greatly needed. They cooperated with giving away an air filtration system for two days. They are also very willing to cooperate with us in handling errors, correcting them and fully achieving the desired results. I really appreciate their help.

Excellent customer service & great assistance rendered by the gentleman-staff (in the morning shift). He’s very willing to render assistance & is very responsive, committed and responsible as well as au-fait in his duties at the counter. Room was very clean, neat, tidy and IKEA concept room. (Hotel is near to IKEA too! 👍🏻) Place is very near to eateries and malls. Have a visit at night market stalls just across the street with lots of tantalising food and nice beverages at a very reasonable price. Interesting place to visit for a family.

From the reviews, I was quite lucky to get at least a decent room to be allocated. The room was equipped with a dinner table for 4 pax, a sofa, etc. Toilet was also big, but the flooring cleanliness is acceptable.

There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room. You have to get hot water along the corridor. We were lucky that the dispenser was near to our room.

Actually we end up staying here for 6 days. Started on 19th Oct and then we extended daily. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is cosy and clean. And it is worth paying. And I dont mind coming back here if I am in JB.

No lifts - not convenience for senior citizens of people who have knee pain issue. TV programmes not so stable.

Saw the stuff changing the bed sheet the next day morning. For sure they are clean. Spacious twin sharing room. Easy parking. Mamak restaurant was right at the back. Very convenient. Open till late night but didn't open early morning.

Too bad no window. And internet reception was bad at the corner.

Strategic location in Tebrau. Walking distance to shopping malls, mini market and convenience store. Water filter is provided. Ample parking spaces. Singapore TV channel can be viewed.

Faulty bed side lamp cannot be fixed immediately due to internal wiring problem. Two cockroaches are found in bathroom and beside dustbin.
