It's really value for money, comfortable bed and a decently sized room with minimalistic style.

The hotel staff was knocking at the door before the checkout time. The staff at the counter informed us that check out was at 12 noon but the cleaners were already knocking multiple times at 11am and even tried to enter the room when we weren't ready.

Thought that its a normal room.. but it was cozy and a nice place to stay.. Easy to get transportation & neccessities can get opposite of the hotel

Only that we can hear next door convo through the walls..

Last minute accommodation options were scarce (and expensive) in JB on Good Friday. We decided to try a hotel a little ways out of the centre and Hotel Prestigo looked like a pretty good choice under the circumstances. As it turned out, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and (thankfully) quiet. There were a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a large shopping mall just a few kilometres up the road. The staff at check-in & check-out were courteous and friendly and the Grab car to CIQ was only 15 RM. We were very satisfied with our experience.

It is my first time staying in a shop lot like a hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectation. And I stayed again during my 2nd trip down to JB for work. The room was clean, layout design was simple and minimal making it look like a fancy 3 -4 star hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Replacing or removing the vending machine on the 2nd floor would be better, and when I was in room 217 the water heater was not working, so that kind of annoyed me a bit. The TV channel could maybe improvised, but I brought my HDMI cable and connect it to my laptop and watch Netflix on it, so that works as well.

We loved everything about the hotel location with a few 24hr convenient stores, laundry bar and restaurants nearby within walking distance tho we had to cross the road but it wasn't as busy, the room was very clean, the staff were very helpful. We'll definitely come back for sure. Worth every penny!

Nothing major, based on the location the shopping malls were quite far but it ain't too bad, as the grab fare aren't too expensive.

Front desk staf attitude was not so friendly & giving different info when ask about invoice that needs to be separate (for working purpose) & we’re having problems / tooks some times when they check out wrong person@rooms that switched with one of ours..needs to improve comunication skills to all front desk staf & add some smile could be nicer..thanks

bathroom with bath tub. my kids really love it. the location is great. easy access to dobi, restaurant and 7e. this is my second stay here

It has a strong smell of cigarettes when I first enter the room and the smell does not even disappear when checkout time.

Friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Very convenient as it's close to eateries and ample of parking space at no charge. Value for money.

Can hear traffic sound and voices from next room but didn't really bother us.

This hotel has been my go-to place to stay for the past 3 years, since I was introduced. The location is accessible. Parking is easy. Fast check-in. They have maintained the rooms very well. Quiet. Comfortable. If you are planning to stay in this hotel, will suggest booking early.

The room safe was not available for customers to use. It was not unlocked. The nite light beside the bed was too bright. I had to lay a towel to make the room dimmer.
