the bathtub definitely!

after check in, we were walking to the lift up to our room when a staff suddenly shouted across the hall, wanting my partner to remove his helmet. I understand that helmet is not allowed to be worn in the hotel but i dont see the reason why he has to shout across infront of other people. it is extremely rude as there was people looking at us. please do advise. nonetheless, the stay was extremely pleasant.

1. Room was very big , nice and clean 2. Breakfast was very delicous and nice enviroment that just beside the swimming pool 3. Clean Pool 4. Bed very comfort and had a nice stay

1. One of the reception staff was very rude and un responsible at all whne we requested for invoice. Just keep saying that we paid at booking.com can't get any invoice from hotel, need to get from booking.com. After that i call booking.bom customer service and known that only the property can give invoice, i said to the staff and the staff still ignore & also refuse to provide invoice. The next 2 days I trying to requested invoice from the other staff, and the girl staff very kindly print it out, thats all easy~ The property may need to train well staff when hiring, or else will make client pass by . 2. very pityful the hot spring only open at 4pm to 8pm... I was traveling for work, so that when finish work the hot spring already close.

The rooms are always comfortable and in excellent condition whichever type we picked, especially the ones with bathtub. Love the affordable price and strategic location of the hotel. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hot spring pools are not hot enough although we love the cold one too (necessary to cool the body down after dipping in hot ones)...please ensure 2 out of 3 pools match the temperature of onsen water. Sauna is in dire need of repair. Breakfast is lousy (except for the soft boiled eggs), no improvement on taste and choice no matter how many times we visited. The lifts really need maintenance...we got stuck once.

The gym location above the cafe, with pool view and front apartment. All equipments are function. Got tread mill, cycler, airwalker. Some weight lifting items, table tennis. Breakfast is superb, variety food range from salads, cereals, eggs, nasi lemak with chicken rendang , fried mihun. Worth the money. Its included with room stay. Level 5 where the location is, very windy. Kids swimming quite cold. The playground also available for kids to play.

Free power point (not attached with tv and kettle) in the room only 3 available , but only one is function. A bit query on the security as the lift did not control on access, parking lot also not being fully controlled. It is sharing the facilities with the apartments, just a bit question mark on this.

The check-in was relatively smooth, and the room were quite clean. The amenities were great! The hot spring and pool located on the same floor made everything very accessible. I liked the bed but the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking but that's a personal thing.

The cleanliness of the room was ok only. There were a few lapses with our stay including the door that required changing of batteries which was a bit annoying but very minor inconvenience.

Everything about this hotel is good. The breakfast was delicious, the bed and pillow were very nice, check in and out process was smooth. The housekeeping was very neat. The most important thing was even though you are showering with hot water, the mirror won't get hazy. The ventilation was superb 👍🏻

The only thing that i don't like was the toilet don't have bidet. The toilet only have built-in water spray.

The TV was big, water pressure of shower is good and heater is constantly hot, service by front counter was good. The sauna was good too. Parking was convenient, and there was sufficient parking lots.

The hot springs was misleading as the water was not hot, it should have been advertised as a jacuzzi. It would be good to have a mixed gender jacuzzi for couples. The sauna needs a proper scoop as well. The glass door at level 5 that leads to the swimming pool cannot be opened from the outside, even with room card. Caused multiple guests to be locked outside. The air con was not cold when the weather outside was hot. It was like another sauna in the room.

I like the staff who attended me for the room and he soft spoken good attitude his malay but I forgot his name .... I give him tips 😁.... I like the buisness room too I mean executive room the toilet was very clean I'm not not booking once I stay in KSL HOT SPRINGS RESORT so many times when I enter JB ....also I love the breakfast cook by a excellent chef delicious! Good keep it up highly recommended 👍👍👍❤️😃😃

All is good,clean everywhere, friendly staffs,good facilities,my only problem there is their cafe, not much food to order in their menu,also not that great. Either you order food for delivery or you go out which i think a bit of problem because there is nothing outside the hotel its just a highway. So you will need to take car like grab,of course need to spend money to go somewhere just to eat. But it's quite cheap (example grab or indriver apps) so its still ok. Overall i'm happy with my stay and it will still my go to hotel at jb because its the price of motel but its like staying in a 5 star hotel (just without a restaurant).

Not much menu, nothing when you step outside hotel,need to take cab to go to malls or eating place

Actually, the hot spring not that hot.. It just like lukewarm water...and I hope the pathway to breakfast area will be upgraded with awning because now is raining season.. And for TV channel issue I was facing, I called customer service, 30 minutes waiting they didn't show up, and after calling for 2nd time, the technician came and the issue later resolved.. But still, the waiting period must be improved,...and one thing, the clubhouse only open till 2pm..u can get your food from few stalls not far from the hotel area..
