This is my 2nd stay at this place. 1) Simply love the spacious , high floor apartments with great views. 2) Good suites for big families. 3) Convenient location to JB CIQ with City Square & Komtar just behind the hotel. Plenty of eateries nearby. 4) Suites & Rooms are generally clean. 5) Swimming pools, great for adults and kids with mini playground for the young ones to stay.

1) We stayed at the same apartment(27th floor) for both our stays. During our first stay, we could open the balcony door and enjoy the breeze. However, we were unable to do so as the staff said the sliding door was spoilt. 2) Broken shower head can pose danger to occupants. 3) Pool maintenance should be done before opening or after closing. Powder used could be allergic to young kids.

It’s been newly renovated

Not our first time staying with Suasanna, we’ve always liked the location. However with this stay, a male staff that served me initially gave us 1 access card and reasonably was it was a newly renovated apartment, despite me asking for 1 more as there are 4 of us. As we had to wait till 3pm for apartment, he asked us to wait a further 20mins. I explained that I had an elderly mother and we left really early from SG and it should be ready by 3pm. Within a min he gave us apt card and told me there isn’t another one. Later in the evening, I asked from another front staff and was given another card. Well, I guess this was an isolated situation, regardless the staff should not have given guests that impression that he did it out of spite.

The location is great especially when you arrived late. This is because the hotel is faced directly opposite a 24-hours restaurant. The location is also pretty great if you have any intention of visiting the late night market; Pasar Karat, as it is only a walking distance. My family got the 3-bedroom apartment and it was extremely comfortable and clean. I however wish that they provided more towels as there were 6 adults but we only received 4, two for each toilet. We also have to get additional toothbrushes. But these are just minor inconveniences. The equipment in the apartment were all in good condition and kept clean. I feel that the hotel is a great choice for a short getaway and if you are with your family.

There was nothing that my family and I were unsatisfied with. The stay met our expectations.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Susana and the quality of the room has been consistent. They were all spotlessly clean and well maintained. Location of course is very good, within walking distance to CIQ and a lot of shopping and good food.

The staff were a bit unresponsive for the first night though the following days, the staff were good and helpful.

Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable. We used it as a “Rest Stay” after 4 weeks travelling Japan & Singapore, before heading to Melaka & KL and it was perfect. Within close & easy walking distance from JB Sentral. We didn’t leave the hotel from check in to check out. Our apartment was fabulous, the 3 of us had a bedroom each, super comfy & quiet sleep. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at the restaurant on level 33a near the pool which was good and for snacks, there is a 7 eleven downstairs. Only negative was our room description on Booking.com stated there was a bath which I was very much looking forward to but there was no bath.

No bath No self laundering facilities

We stayed on the 32 level.The room was spacious and most importantly clean! Aircon was powerful and room has no unpleasant smell.Very well sound proof and can't hear any loud traffic.Toilet is very well cleaned and everything is neat and tidy.Bed is firm and very comfortable except for the pillow which is as expected in almost all hotels are way too soft and may give you a stiff neck and shoulder if you sleep like a dead meat.

There was some furniture dragging every now and then from upstairs when we are in the house.Not sure if staffs were cleaning the room or some buffalos were above us.When at night, I can hear some very low deep sound like sub woofer in the buidling.

We enjoyed staying at Suasana Suite Hotel and had a great overall experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

I have one suggestion for improvement of the Suite Hotel. They should replace the sponge for the utensils/kitchen with every booking. I understand that it can be reused, but I think it's more hygienic to replace them after each guest. This is especially important for the utensils, as they come into contact with food. I would feel more confident washing my dishes if I knew that the sponge was clean and new.

Suasana suites hotel is located strategically in JB town. Everything is nearby, shopping, eateries and etc. Price is quite reasonable for its type.

Some of the furniture are damaged but they tried to repair and reuse which i think is quite unsafe, especially if you staying with kids. I said this through our latest experienced, where the coffee table toppled when we tried to put bottle drinks on it and luckily it doesn’t drop on our feet. Maybe the hotel should look at this matter seriously as it involved the safety of the customers.

My parents and I staycationed here for the long weekend from 6th to 10th April 2023 - We had an overall great experience 🙂 We were lucky to check in early and surprised by how new and clean the place is. The rooms are spacious and appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, etc are still new and works perfectly. Calling the receptionist was also responsive when we asked for extra blankets. The swimming pool facility was unfortunately under maintenance during our stay but the gym was open. We also had dinner at the Cafe on the top level and had a nice view of the city. Also, the location is central and shopping malls, food outlets are all nearby. Would recommend the Suasana Nasi Goreng as it was delicious. Overall we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and will definitely stay here again next time

Swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay

Clean and cosy. Very convenient location. Living room Aircon is good but bedroom Aircon is not very cold

We selected the more expensive King Suite room on Booking.com as it mentioned that the room comes with "Private bathroom with bathtub". However, we were very disappointed when told by the hotel staff that all the rooms in the hotel actually do not come with bathtub. We felt short changed because of this false representation. It also mentioned that the room floor area is 6931 sq ft on booking.com. Again, to stay in such big area, it has to be a good class bungalow. So I think this misinformation also needs to be amended
