I love it that Capri was thoughtful in creating 'kids zone' for the kids for breakfast and even having kids' pool. It made my daughter feel special. The manager was also friendly and gave her a lil' teddy bear as a gift. She loves it!

Was a little disappointed to find the mini bar (fridge) empty. Would be nice if there were some complimentary treats provided.

Staff attitude was excellent. Room is spacious . They were nice to upgrade my room to king deluxe with a living hall. A surprise for me and my sister. issues pertaining to room services were handled promptly. Location is great. 5 to 10 mins walk to CS depending on your pace. I would like to thank all the staff , especially the housekeeping for making our stay there so pleasant.

Maintenance of the electrical appliances needs attention. During my first day cable TV was not working. Appreciated the hotel arranged to changed my room but the new room's toilet bowl seat was shaky. Gentle feedback, Coffee maker was listed but not in the room.. But, I am good with the kettle. Just wonder why listed but not provided. If no longer supply, please removed from the list.

Breakfast spread was good and the room's ambience was good!

Due to construction of nearby roads leading to the hotel, jam was quite bad when we were returning to the hotel during peak hours. Not the hotel's fault though

1. The hotel is very beautiful and the room is exceptionally clean and well designed. 2. My check in was very fast, which I really appreciate. 3. The staffs are also very friendly, courteous and helpful. 4. The hotel offers laundry and cafe, which Is very nice for travellers like me. 5. The breakfast was also good, however I’m not able to enjoy whole spread, as there were too many people. 6. Located near to the city

1. Location is great, however the only drawback (not hotel’s fault) is it is located right beside CIQ, which at night, it will be super jammed with cars going back to Singapore. It subsides around 2.30am. If someone were to fetch you or you’re going out, better to plan carefully 2. Cafe and in room dining only available until 10pm. But there’s always option for Foodpanda and Grabfood 3. The parking is divided between residents and hotel guests, a bit tricky to navigate. But PLUS point, you can enter and exit using your room card, so no need to validate every time you’re going out. YEAY! 4. The pool is relatively small, so for families with children planning for a good swim, better opt for a quick dip instead.

1) Breakfast management is really bad. We came down at 9 am for breakfast , it was a really long queue. And when it was our turn, almost everything was already empty. Top up was very slow. And while eating, the drinks are not refilled at all. No one even took effort to check on it until someone told them that they needed drinks and only 2 of the drinks were topped up. We paid RM180 for 3 extra pax, and it was really disappointing to have this for our first meal of the day. I think Capri really has to look into this. 2) For such a big hotel, no extra pillows are available at all.

We were granted our request and given a room on high floor (22nd floor). We enjoyed it very much. Room was clean and big. Bed was comfortable and big. Breakfast was good too. Good spread of international and local food. Location is excellent. Hotel is within short walking distance from CIQ.

Great that Capri provides shuttle bus to the hotel. But we had some problems finding the waiting point for the Capri shuttle bus. The website says pick up from City square, Komtar and CIQ. But in actual case, Capri shuttle bus only pick up from CIQ pick up point. Suggest that Capri to update your website so that your guests will not wait at the wrong pick up points and spoilt the experience with Capri. Will definitely stay in Capri again.

the lift is slow take abt 5-6min however i still enjoyy my stay .

1. Very comfy mattress & pillow 2. Clean and spacious rooms 3. Good breakfast spread (and flavourful) 4. Responsible and friendly staff

1. Rum body wash in the bathroom. Appreciate if can change to no alcohol body wash. 2. Unfortunately, the aircond water trickled down from the ceiling to the floor at 2 am. Apparently something disrupted the flow and it over poured to our room. So we called the staff and the staff had to suction (vacuum) the water out and clean the floors of our room. But, it was all manage well by the staff as they courteously decided to refund 50% of our bill.

Our weekend stay was primarily to run errands and we ended up checking in quite late due to traffic coming in from Singapore. Despite the delay, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade upon check-in. he upgraded room was a delightful surprise, featuring a kitchen, living room, and a shared bathroom connected to the bedroom. This setup added a sense of convenience and comfort to our stay. The hotel’s ambience exuded a casual sophistication that we found quite inviting. It struck a perfect balance between relaxed vibes and upscale design elements. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and warm, which made us feel welcome right from the start. Their helpfulness and positive attitude contributed significantly to our overall experience.
