The villa is big and can accommodate 8 persons. The location is peaceful and beautiful. Great value for money.

The amenities are quite basic. Only one bath towel per person. For the price, it is consider quite good.

The receptionist was friendly but he should have asked if I wanted help with my luggage, I was not shown the elevator so I took the stairs but it was ok. Then I got into the room and had a lovely surprise! I love the huge room! It can fit three-four people as they have sofa bed and a TV in a different section of the room. The bed was big and comfortable for two people. I love the scenery from the room - overlooking the golf course. Beautiful! As for food, taste is average for dinner (I ordered beef stew pasta). Breakfast was the usual American style, nothing fancy and in fact, the sausage was a bit bland. Should have given some salt & pepper to taste. They included chilli and tomato sauce for us so it was ok. The juice was too sweet for me but tea was perfect! Tq Tjg Puteri Golf Resort, I will come back for sure.

Hmm... the fact that they don't have basic paracetamol/aspirin (I was having really a bad headache) was quite disturbing. It's a basic rule to have your first aid kit and paracetamol/aspirin should be included for emergency cases like mine! I didn't have the chance to look around as it was during the MCO, even food needed to be collected from the restaurant ourselves - no room service. So I couldn't say much about other things there.

The room which I stayed was a family deluxe room, where it could cater for 4 pax. There was a large queen bed and 2 single beds at a separate room. There's a sofa and a sort of single lazy chair with a small round table. For taking your meal, there's a 2 high bar chairs and a bar counter. There's a LCD tv but the picture was grainy. The room was clean and comfortable eventhough the furnitures were old, and considering it's large size. Parking area was large and the surrounding area were very nice with matured gardens and trees, very serene. For your meals, you could go to nearby Jalan Pantai at Kampung Pasir Putih, nice seafoods. It just about 20 minutes drive from the hotel.

The location was a bit far off into the golf resort. There's a cafe at the golf club, which I believed cater for the golfers. It open up early in morning but in the evening it closed around 630pm. For dinner, you have to go out to the town. The hotel facilities were quite old, high time for refurbishment but surprisingly clean.

The nature element such as the heron habitat surprise us. Out look of the villa is a bit run down but but the interior is so so comfortably designed. The big tree behind our villa is something gifted where the heron family stays there. It’s like bird park for us. beds are nice, all of our partners compliments that the sleep was good throughout the night. The environment is peaceful and silent enough, we love it. The Nepali guard also very polite.

Got dog at the surrounding area without any control by the security.

Big house with many toilets attached to bedroom. It's very convenient as I have 7 peoples in my family. Good for family gathering and reunion

The staff are all very friendly, professional and helpful. The room provided was so clean, comfortable and nice. The breakfast was great too! The resort really comply to the SOPs and handled it with very well. It will be a very good choice if I'd plan for next staycation or vacation with family and friends.

The kettle provided was a little bit dirty but it is not a major problem for me as I can clean in easily.
