Conveniently located. Short walk to Hotel after exiting plane. Location within airport assisted in avoiding waiting in immigration queue for what was an overnight stay. Extremely comfortable pillows. Quiet location overall, conducive to goodnights sleep. Pool and bar available on site.

Meal provided described as complimentary and limited in choice. Not good value for fee paid. Not able to use Pool as it was not open until midday which didn't fit with our allotted exit time.

the cleaning staff were inconsiderate of sleeping guests. my six hours was 6pm to 12. the staff were cleaning other rooms along the corridor thorough out the evening, which I understand, but talking to each other in very loud voices while doing so - not just a word here and there but extended LOUD conversation. to the point where I got up around 11.15pm to ask them to be quiet. very inconsiderate behaviour.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet - no windows. Breakfast (included) was good.

It is important to understand that this is a true transit hotel. We came in on one airline and were going out the next day with another. We went to the baggage carousel to pick up luggage and we’re then decanted into the main terminal. We couldn’t get back into the transit area and the hotel until we had got our onward boarding pass and a special pass from the information desk. Took more than an hour. Beware!

The cost for 12 hours was ridiculously expensive $445 Australian. I don't understand why. It's clean and nice but let's face it, it's a modern basic transit hotel in an airport. I think the cost could be much cheaper, ok they have a pool but we didn't want to use it, we wanted to sleep. Definitely won't be wasting our money here again next time we transit through Changi.

the property allowed us to take a rest between flights and the pool was great for the kids although they only used it briefly

we had to take 2 rooms for our family of 4, also we waited ages for the included meal that you could only eat in a specific area and the food wasn’t good, we ended up buying food in the airport afterwards

Clean, comfortable and modern.

The food provided wasn't tasty (except the pancakes - they were super fluffy). A mini fridge in the room would have been great for people in transit who have medicine to store.

Nice clean room at the airport terminal. Friendly staff and meal was nice. Just great to have a shower and rest in between flights.

After a long flight you just want to get to your room, but check-in here seems very bureaucratic and taking a long time. Like all airport hotels, very expensive.

The breakfast choice was not good. No fresh fruit, juice or healthy options

It’s a great option to be able to check in for 12 hours - the rooms are clean and comfortable but not a fan of powdered milk with tea - so they have gone to the effort of providing a kettle but neither tea nor coffee was really drinkable. UHT milk would be OK.

We used this transit hotel because we enjoyed the pool when we there three months ago - but their policy of allowing people other than hotel guests to use the pool made for a grim experience this time - Including adults jumping into the water, Too many in the water at any one time - there was a group of 8 who were very noisy. It obviously increases their revenue but it would definitely put me off wanting to stay with them again and is why I didn’t give them a better rating.
