Location Environment

Limited options for breakfast. Please improve the taste of nasi lemak...very mild.

The hotel environment and the emenities were very good compared to other HSM franchises, but except Seremban one. Our stay is so relaxing and enjoyable. Alongside thoughtful amenities and general comfort as well as the value of adequate spaces and adorable and calming environment.

The air conditioner unit operating in my room made me a little uncomfortable because it made some noise, probably because of the old condition of the air conditioner.

As with any other Seri Malaysia hotels, the room is quite big...it can easily fit us...the family room has 1 queen and 1 single bed which is enough for us to be comfortable...the pool is good and the breakfast is nice...

Not many variations on the breakfast buffet menu...the single toaster is quite troublesome to use especially when you have a lot of people having breakfast at the same time...other than that, everything was ok...

The room was so comfortable and friendly with users. The receptionists were so kind and professional while doing their tasks. The pool is clean and big and can fix more people at one time.

Hotel management needs to add more light or change the color of the light because the room feels dark. The guest must turn on all the lights while staying in the room during the day.

The staff is friendly but not every staff is helpful

Asked for a hairdryer and i called registration counter unfortunately I needed to find the staff by myself and there was no contact number provided. End up i decided not to use that.

- The spaciousness - The coziness - The location, as it is near the town with village vibe - The hills view, because it is kind of unique - The paddy field of course

- Perhaps the cafe could be more lively - The decoration somehow doesn't looks inviting; maybe because the entrance looks a bit dark - The hills view behind the pool is exquisite and creepy at the same time.

besides the few more stepsss walking i have to take from the lobby to get to the only lift that access to our room because the lobby and the room is not at the same block everything is fine.Our room is facing the green hill as per request upon check in so the walking is worth to the highest floor they give as requested.

Our room faced the hill and it was an amazing view. We wouldn't trade this for anything else. The calm and quiet environment during our stay was to die for--given the hectic life nowadays. The room was basically clean and we managed rather well with the simplicity of it. This time around we were lucky to get such wonderfully fragrant towels. The staff were friendly too. Additionally we got to see monkeys roaming freely at the hillside, they were okay...minding their own business and did not harm us in any ways. Rather cute some of them. This was my third time staying here...great experience. Thanks.

The water pressure perhaps, could be improved. Please try to ensure that the basic things like toilet roll ring is tighten to the wall or replace it with a better one...rather difficult to grab the roll when its dangling away. Had breakfast at the cafe, food was okay, just what you can expect at any other similar hotels but it would be better if the staff could clear the tables immediately after it was left rather than talking away and did it when there were new guests coming in. Otherwise its quite manageable.

The room was okay, clean and spacious. There s classic vibe to it, but the room was clean so all is good.

The pool. It was poorly maintained - in the sense that: not sure when it was last cleaned, dry leaves etc in the pool, and there were many broken tiles at different places within the pool. The cleanliness is probably understandable but the broken tiles are just not acceptable.
