Staycation was very comfortable with 2 queen beds n spacious living room. Watched Netflix movie series till late morning haha. Dishes, kitchenware n utensils are all clean. Coffee/tea/Water bottles not being supply but here got water filter n electric kettle.

At first, we enter wrong building, block B. Coz we saw entrance block A shows Hyatt House signage. N also we could not find purple lobby lift at LG3. Hehehe we was confused at parking lot. 1 more, scan pass tag n press button lift a little bit troublesome. Need to try again n again await for the blue light. Not detected. That's all. Never mind, small problem actually.

Confortable spot for 4pax to hangout. Very clean and spacious toilet and beds. Have a lot of useful utilities such as dryer washer. Instructions given very clearly and staffs were very transparent and easy to work with. They even responded to my requests/message late night. Highly appreciate the team. Keep up the good work.

Room Walls had some paint that was peeled off.

Location is good. Surrounded by excellent food, 3 supermarkets, money changers, banks, pharmacies all within a few minutes' walk. Top marks to MK homes that responded ever so promptly.

I stayed at 3 different rooms at Arcoris during my 3 week holiday in Malaysia. I was mostly at Arcoris when in KL (a few days at Hyatt House). Clearer signage is definitely needed for pickup and drop off. When I was at Hyatt house, Grab drivers had no problem. When I ordered Grab from Arcoris every Grab driver had turned off at the earlier Hyatt House pick up which makes it very inconvenient if raining or with luggage. They had no idea there was another pickup spot at the end of that lane. A more prominent sign please.

Good location and view. Smoke-free zone. Convenient location and great facilities; shower gel and shampoo and even toothbrush and toothpaste were provided. Extra mattress and comforters too. Overall, excellent service.

Wish the towels were sliiiightly bigger. Some were too small for adults.

There was a bit of water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. Also it would be more convenient if extra card for lift & door key can be provided. I had to call to wake up my wife when I was late coming back from meetings to get into the lift.

The host is really responsive, caring & friendly. The instruction & guide is clear & detailed. Easy check in/out procedure. Property is clean & fully equipped. Location is really good & convenient, walking distance to shopping centres & grocery shops. The 2in1 washer is a plus. Love the swimming pool & gym centre.

A very cozy, quiet room with complete facilities (you name it, the unit has it) including a washer with built-in dryer, microwave and a stove. There is an abundance of restaurants within walking distance, plus Jaya Grocers, Village Grocers and Family Mart for our convenience. The host was very accommodating and made sure we could find our way into the unit without much hassle. Will definitely stay here again.

Would appreciate if the host put air fresheners in the bathroom. Not that the bathroom was smelly, but it would be a nice touch, is all.

Great place to stay, also for longer stays. It's basically a one-room apartment. They use WhatsApp for communication, they respond quickly. Keys are stored in mailboxes, prior to your arrival you receive the room/mailbox number and the access code.

A bed light would be nice so you can turn off the light when you go sleeping. A sign next to the door would be helpful, so you know you're in the right place and take the right door.
