everything was just fine except for the inappropriate behavior of a person i dont even know who and thn the water in the toilet was so small that me and my husband can't even poop

i dont know why did someone knock on our door at 4am in the morning and even my husband can't sleep. please check the security system so that we can see who the hell was interrupting our stay. me and my husband are on long distance relationship so that night was literally the only night that we spend together. i would never forgive tht person for real

Location nearby MRT Sentul Barat. Very easy to get there. Also got convenience store & restaurant nearby. Staff very polite & helpful. Much helping during check in & check out. Most important, it's value for money.

Few times staying here. Nothing much I didn't like. All I can say, you get what you paid.

Satellite TV, just a few channel? Should be more channel because when time to relax, guest need to watch a good variety of channel. Ex: movie & News

Air-conditioning was working well. There was hot water, no problem about the essentials in general. Enough room for one person

Wifi was not connected to the internet most of the time. There could be some kind of wardrobe to organize your clothes. Personally, I had no problem since I only spent one day there, but it would be useful for those who are going to spend more time there.

The hotel is good and close to the KLCC. For my next trip. I wanna stay in the same hotel

Even the room are free they’re not even doing checkin. i reached the hotel at 9 am and waiting till 2 pm. ahh that’s soo much literally not good at all

The price is so reasonable, good location nearby to MRT Sentul Barat, 24/7 convenience store & mamak restaurance. Staff also very kind. Enjoy my stay.

Elevator problem (temporily) need to climb stair to level 3. But not really a big deal for me.

The workers (Mr. Sulaiman) was really friendly and helpful. Thanks to him me and my wife, our every short vacay runned was really smoothly after long driving when we ain’t having no cash and only being a cashless 🤪

The room was very clean and big. The stuff is always available and friendly. It’s easy to take a bus (173) to the Batu Caves and the city centre. The restaurant (NS Al-Falah) around the corner is very good.

The WiFi inside the room was very bad, especially in the evening.

The place has a very good neighborhood, restaurants, groceries, fastfood, banks and even laundry shop are literally walking distances only.

Its a bit old. But over all its good.
