Asked to set up some simple birthday towel folding and balloons and they really exceeded my expectation, when we entered the room it looks so well decorated and fancy!! Really appreciated the extra effort from the staffs as this is foc.. for this price there is a decently big bathtub, slightly old but nice room, and it has a nice view facing the mosque

During the check in, the process was messy. Crowd management was bad because there were some big group tour check in as well, the staffs just took their time slowly and there is no structure in place. After the check in, it took us at least 30 mins to wait for a lift to go up (: yes, just going up and the staffs didn't bother to arrange or assist those with luggages. No proper parking below the hotel too, u have to park under hartamas retail and go up the lift and just find yr way to the lobby

Everything was processed smoothly. The room is exactly what I expected. Clean, comfortable, everything is functioning well. I extended my stay for another night!

To have their own designated parking with fixed rate of parking fee. I need to do work outside of hotels, so parking rate for in-and-out of hotel is covered by my own T&G. Total per day until check out is roughly MYR11 plus. Hopefully hotels can have their own cards for parking & fixed rate.

Since this was a last minute choice we decided to book this place as it was near to our meeting venue the next day. They had a nicely decorated room including ironing board in the bedroom. Standard room with minibar and shower. The room and the bed itself was comfortable, but would have preferred more space for Muslim to pray. Walkable to a few restaurants and a massage place but didn't get to explore those.

Parking was a bit confusing. In front of the hotel they had valet, but it wasn't available late night. We were told by the reception to park at the basement, using photo card instruction. Perhaps they needed to inform patrons earlier after booking regarding the parking. We had to park at the basement and the entrance for the parking was a bit far from the hotel. No free parking for hotel guests.

I would prefer if whenever I’ve switched on the “do not disturb” button, the housekeeping person does not knock on my door or give my room a call. The button exists to serve for its purpose :) If I were to need anything, I can always reach out myself. I would appreciate if the housekeeping person respects guest’s privacy.

On my checkout date, I've received multiple calls from the hotel regarding the checkout time. I am well aware about the check out time as it is the standard hotel checkout time, and I appreciate the first call to remind me about the checkout. However, within a short span of time (minutes), I've received multiple calls regarding the same thing and to be honest, it's annoying and disrespectful. This is my go-to hotel and I've had great experience during my previous trips, but the checkout calls on this trip ruined the mood and made me feel like I'm being chased out.

I recently stayed at Dorsett Hartamas and I have to say, it was a great experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I also loved the hotel's location, as it was convenient for me to access nearby attractions and amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool. It was a great place to relax and unwind, and I really appreciated having that option available to me. Additionally, the bedsheets and comforter were superb - they were so comfortable that I had some of the best sleeps I've had in a long time.

The only downside to my stay was the breakfast. It was a bit below my expectations and I found it to be slightly mediocre. However, this one negative aspect did not detract from my overall positive impression of the hotel. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Dorsett Hartamas to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The friendly staff, great location, and fantastic pool made my experience there one that I will remember for a long time.

The team at breakfast, fantastic! (Lina and another team member clearing the tables on a Thursday morning) The bedroom - bed / furniture - looks fairly clean and seems like new furniture. Great view for sure!

The bathroom (yet to be upgraded I assume) were not maintained from the beginning, resulting to old dirty stains all over the shower tiles (for any 3 stars and above properties - it is not acceptable) Ceiling with water stain, peeling of stick-on wallpaper over an existing mirror. Reception team member at check in during the evening were not hospitable. (benefit of doubt, they were tired at 8pm)

I liked everything. Parking is located in P1 & P2 level towards sector D (nearest to lift). You need to validate your parking @ the concierge counter every time you want to drive out so you won't incur any charges to your TnG (ONLY).The bed is comfortable that I slept past my alarms & missed my breakfast (LOL). It was a blissful weekend for me. I wish to stay longer nxt time & hopefully there will be better deals. Hehehe.

There weren't anything that I didn't like about my stay.
