The location was very near to the metro and mall. The property was decent with a good view, fridge, functioning kitchen, ac, washing machine and tv.

1. The communication of the property manager at first was a bit confusing. He denied receiving my booking at first, later didn’t want to give me a bill of invoice but gave after multiple times of asking him. Like what was surprising is that the most basic form of communication in the hospitality industry seemed very oblivious to his way of functioning. 2. The room did not have any mirror. That’s so strange. 3. Drinking water was provided only on the day of arrival and never again. 4. Nobody came to clean the room on the following days of our stay.

Strategic location... Close to mall, restaurants and in KL Unit looks new and it is spacious

- difficult to communicate with host (he is foreigner & did not quite understand what I asked) - bedsheets were stained (like a lot). I asked for anothet bedsheet to change, but it was also stained - toilet was not cleaned properly... Can see residue underneath the seat - could not get the TV box to work - there's a residents & visitor car park but was instead asked to park outside - it's expensive

I recently stayed for 3 nights and had a so so experience. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay while want to explore the city.

First, the toilet had a persistent smell that made it uncomfortable. Additionally, I was unable to watch Netflix, even though I tried using my own account, which was frustrating. Lastly, I encountered a long wait of nearly an hour to check out, which was quite inconvenient. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

The whole place was great , love the bed n the sofa , toilet . Enviroment of the room was great . I still consider to stay there next time when i visit KL again. Free parking lot was great. Security was helpful .

It's said can cook , but it did"nt. I feel really unsatisfied and unhappy. I was exspecting to cooked but can't. The staff sometime what he said i don't really understand, but still ok.

This is my third time stay here. This place very clean, strategic location, spacious room, complete with kitchen, microwave, and washing machine. My room is city view with balcony, they immediately upgrade the room if there is a problem with the first room. The efficiency of their workers is very good.

There are some things that need to be improved such as pillows because the pillows provided are quite thin and too soft making us uncomfortable while sleeping because the cotton is not good. The TV often restarts itself while watching TV, may need to change to a better TV brand. Last but not least, must check iron condition before another guest checks in.

Communication with the host is easy and check in was also smooth. There is washing machine to wash your clothes and a fridge especially because I like to store cold drinks.

Maybe could provide more rubbish basket in the living room instead of toilet only. Have to walk to the toilet from the bedroom/living room just to throw rubbish. Also to provide more drinking waters. We requested and they said they can provide but none provided.

the room was nice, large, even i'm on last minute booking, but the host make check in easier for me. aircond good, have netflix (my own acc) have fridge. have mini market downstairs.

We had appartment with great view to Petronas Twin Towers and Menara KL Tower. Appartment was clean and comfortable. There is really nice relax zone on the 10th floor with the swimming pool, pool, table soccer, BBQ and children area.

I bought electrical adapter in the shop and left it in the room because I needed it only in Malasya. It would be better there were several adapters in the room.
