everything is perfect about the property

At 10:30am, i assumed it was one of the housekeeping staff, entered our room with their own access card. luckily we put the latch door on so he cant open the door all the way. it was very upsetting. i think they got it mixed up with the other room that they are supposed to clean up.

Strategic location, easy access parking (need to pay since it’s under DBKL but it was PH during my stay so i got to park without paying), fast checkin and checkout (no deposit needed), clean room, good breakfast.

Only it gets noisy at night because the building is next to the main road but the hotel provide earplug in the room for you to use.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a coin laundry for guests to use (RM 20 for wash + dry). Room service was affordable and easy to order. There is also a spacious and clean prayer room on the top floor which I used after checkout. The complimentary water comes in big glass bottles (which you cannot take from the room), which is eco-friendly.

The room doors close loudly (including the neighbouring rooms), and you can occasionally hear ambulances coming and going (since it's close to Hospital Kuala Lumpur). The hotel provides earplugs for guests, however. Also, there weren't any hand soap by the sink.

Great klcc view! Nice soundproof room with exquisite bed & linens. Sitting area by the window was such a mood. Smart tv that allows me to connect with my netflix using mirroring. Got a bluetooth alarm clock. The 2 big glass water bottles really make it feel more luxurious than the usual plastic mineral bottles. Recycle bin was a good thing too. The long mirror was nice because some hotels don't have long mirror. Bathroom was squeaky clean and great water pressure shower. There's a food court beside the hotel and walking distance to convenience stores. The check in and check out was a breeze for me. Thank u!!!

No hand soap and bodywash soap. Only syampoo and conditioner. No toothbrush but that's ok as i always bring mine. No pool too.

The design of the room maximised the space available. Room was clean and new. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I really loved the facilities especially the laundry room and the surau. I will definitely come back.

There was a bit of construction going on, but not a big deal. The room was had ear plugs and I thought that was very thoughtful. The staff were very nice, but a particular receptionist needs to be better trained. On a few occasions when I went to the counter, she did not greet me or even look up even after I greeted her. She just stared blankly. When she completed my request, she did not say a word. She also appeared to be in a senior position as she seemed to be training two other staff at the counter. I sincerely hope Fairfield can look into this. Fortunately, she was the only poorly trained staff I encountered. The rest were exceptional.

Comfortable room, clean bathroom

No parking provided. Limited free parking space and feel not safe to park nearby the hotel building, need to pay extra if want to parking in the basement of the hotel. Difficult to unload luggage because of this.

Well-kept hotel, the staff at the reception, restaurant, room service, very helpful and very friendly. Room was cleaned every day. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning quiet. Fitness room modern and clean. Even ironing board and iron available in the room. The breakfast ( Buffet) was good, a new coffee machine was installed in the breakfast room/restaurant during our stay, there is a new coffee bar in the lobby, monorail station just a few minutes walk away. - Wi-Fi intermittently interrupted in the room.

What I like the most about this hotel is it is more than what we expected. The hotel building located in between old buildings and you never thought that there is a hotel with a great facilities and nice ambience. With a walking distance to public transport, food stalls and many more. The hotel located in the city but not too noise/busy. The breakfast is superb. with the price of RM30 per person, the presentation, taste and choices are just nice. worth the money. I really love the shower, really hot and nice. the room is compact but it has all what we need.

The location of the hotel is near to Monorail station. Nice food court style dinner place is walking distance. The amenities in the room is superb, rain shower, water pressure is great....The TV channel is great with many choices.

The room is quite small compared to other standard room. I guess it was the smallest room I ever stayed in a hotel.

- Location situated rather close to KLCC. - Check in was smooth. - Very clean rooms. - Buffet, housekeeping, security and reception staff was friendly. - Parking is guaranteed to be very safe and cool! reminds me of the mechanised parking in tokyo drift. - Breakfast options were limited but very tasty especially the nasi lemak!

- Parking staff was unfriendly, said my car can’t fit but the max dimensions on the car said otherwise and i managed to park my car in the automated parking garage. - External parking has a rather dodgy outlook. - If you plan to roam around at night, i suggest you do it in a group and not alone as i find the areas further away from the hotel aren’t exactly tourist-y
