Good location, easy access, interesting sights to see around the property. Shows you a different side of Kuala Lumpur, but still pleasant.

A staff on the rooftop floor names Farah RTB, who was extremely rude to us when she thought we were foreigners. I do not understand how this level of xenophobia can be allowed to be gone on unchecked. Hope you guys do something about Farah, who pretends to be the manager of the restaurant on the rooftop. Rude, racist and unfit for human life itself :)

Great hotel. Although I'd recommend booking the South building (this is review is for the North building, right next door) (both Hilton Garden Inns) as it is the same price and has a rooftop pool and restaurant with a view of the three main buildings - Menara, Petronas, Merdeka 118. However, the North building has access to this rooftop and they don't do themselves justice on booking.com by not mentioning this or showing it in pictures.

Reception always only had one person working and there was often a long queue of people waiting.

room is comfortable. breakfast is good.

the facilities is bad. you need to pay rm 10 per night for parking. you have to lift your beg to go to the lift and also when you want to check out as there are stairs over there. even when the lift is broken, the staff just sit at the counter and did not inform the guest.

It was my second time staying here, and this time I brought my family for a weekend getaway. The rooms were comfortable, and when I requested extra blankets, pillows, and towels, the management promptly delivered them to us. I found their consideration quite commendable, as not all hotels are this accommodating.

The only drawback I encountered was related to the buffet breakfast. Each room was entitled to one free adult entry for breakfast, and since I booked three rooms, we only received three complimentary adult breakfasts. With nine children in our group, I had to pay for the additional six, which cost RM35 per person. What was disappointing was that the breakfast menu offered limited variety, and for a child aged 12 or below who might just eat a bowl of cereal, RM35 felt quite steep. We're a close-knit family, and it didn't feel right to leave some of the kids out of the meal.

I stayed here for 1 night only with my brother. I've booked a queen room. We came in the evening 7pm. When we enter the lobby it's feel so good. The staff also very nice. There's a gym 24hours access with our room card. There's also a payable laundry in the hotel where you can do your own laundry. I've checked out late due to my appointment. They let me check out at 1pm. But I checked out at 1.15 pm and they didn't charge me anything. The Chow Kit monorail station just 5 minutes from the hotel. There's so many food stall around the hotel. That night we take a dinner in Wan Suraya Seafood in Kg Baru which is only 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Its good coz after eating too much we can walk a little bit to make sure the food get digest.😜😅 They provide a valet parking. Which is very good. No need to think where should we park our car. Just gave the keys and we can go anywhere.😅 The rooms is quite spacious. I didn't expect it to be like that. The price is really affordable. The bed so comfy. I sleep like a baby.

The only problem is the room is not so soundproofing. You can hear people walking 2 3 step from your room. So many choices for the breakfast that they provide. But the taste is a little bit off. I'm a nasi lemak lover. Everytime I come to KL I will find a nasi lemak. I get excited when I saw there's a nasi lemak and Ayam rendang in the breakfast choices. But sadly it doesn't taste like a normal nasi lemak. The sambal doesn't taste so good. The rendang more like curry.

I admired the calmness and peace of mind, the smile on the faces of all the people there specially the guy who is responsible for the cleaning of the sixth floor, and the lovely vibe at the Hotel. Not only this but also on the day of check out we were on hurry to catch a flight and my wife lost some of our gold pieces' which were too much precious to us. We came to the hotel after one week desperately, to check since we do not know where we lost it exactly, fortunately, they had found and kept it for us. Thanks a million Hilton Garden Inn North.

The staff was veeery nice and helpful. The cleaning was great! We liked the way the room was situated and the amenities were great, the smell was nice :D as a family with a toddler, I wanted somewhere where they would help us with any taxi requests or incase of any emergencies and that is exactly what we got! Super choice for families.

The breakfast was a bit Meeh. Limited choices, more on the asian breakfast style. The veggies and fruits tasteless. But okay if you dont have high expectations. The location was supposedly great but i felt that it was a bit too far from things. But i understand Kl is big and you have to taxi everywhere. I didnt like the neighbourhood much but it was okay. The bed was small. But i expected it as on booking they only had queen sized beds no kings.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection and I really enjoyed the food, especially the parota. The location is pretty close to Chow kit station which was pretty convenient when we wanted to get to KL Sentral. The staff constantly check in on you and if you are running out of any amenities, the staff are happy to re-stock.

However, the coffee machine in the breakfast buffet made very bad coffee (too much milk and too little coffee) and as a coffee person was disappointed with that. Also I can hear the water in the pipes moving around when the people in the next room use their bathroom, which I did not like and it was disturbing especially in the morning. Also they should consider helping guests get change when needed to. I remember asking the reception if they had change for RM 100 and the lady at the reception didn't even bother checking and straight up said no. If you have tourists in your hotel, you should have change to help them out.

Quality of breakfast items low. Very little choice of fruits and vegetables. Cheese tasteless. Croissants just good when fresh delivered, just moments later, not good anymore. Very small choice of hot dishes. One can feel, that everything is so limited in order to save money. At 09:00 am no eggs ready to pick up. You have to order through a little window. When my omelette came, it was done with too much heat and not enough time. Outside black dots and inside running fluids. The whole breakfast buffet is not worth the money I payed.

The location of the hotel is great, being near enough to main attractions without being too close that it is hard to get a Grab. The room was very comfortable and the bedding was good. We had a corner room, and it was extremely spacious and comfortable for the two of us. The check-in staff were also friendly and very efficient, handling the long queue of people by himself. Definitely worth the price that we paid, and will consider the hotel again for future stays!

There is no proper drop off place so it can be a bit frantic getting on/off cars by the curb. Some parts of the room were also a bit worn out, like the shower head that appeared to be falling apart, but still can be used.
