The hotel is huge. There is an apartment floors and hotel floors I believe. We got the room on a top floor with a superb view of the Petronas towers. So every night before bed, the twinkling lights of KL city is something to see. The room is big. But since we pay for a budget price, there is no TV and no fridge in the room. Comfy bed. Good aircond. Close to a monorail. Lots of food place around the area.

A little problem of the room is water pressure, since it's very high up and it's a huge hotel

The staff was supportive and friendly, he immediately helped us check the facilities. The hotel located near the Chowkit station, about 5 minutes walking. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The view from the hotel was good.

Our toilet couldn't flush and the water from shower was so little, it was only good in the morning, but not in the evening.

Location wise, it is very near to Chow Kit monorail station, so we can access everything so easily. We appreciate the nice and kind staff, especially Prodesh and Edric. The view was good also.

Bathroom could be updated, we would suggest regular house keeping. Please assign staff at night also because international flights arrive usually at night. :)

Request for connected room and they said can managed it ,Unfortunately,on the day checked in,cannot get that room..have been switched to another room.Just dissapointed at that only,overall tiptop. =)

the room spacious, very very close to the city centre, easy to find places to eat, infact so many food choices, have pasar pagi and bundle pn weekend very nice place to stay and explore KL, close to Monorel.

the aircond working well but noisy, i couldnt sleep properly, the bed squeky, and the parking was super expensive, had to park very far and walk, the place quite ghetto but fun lively at night.

M1 Hotel is perfect for a stay in Chow Kit , Kuala Lumpur. The location was great. It’s literally a 02 minute walk to the metro LRT Chow Kit Station and it’s also very central. To be honest I️ rarely used public transportation because it was always convenient to just walk but when I️ needed to it was right there. There’s lots of restaurants and life around but in the flat itself it’s completely quiet.

The location is at the central of KL and we can easily communiting to nearby shopping places such as malls. It has plenty of food choices nearby. What we like the most is the room set-up, it's spacious and comfortable. Not to forget about the manager we always greeted us when we passby. Thumbs up for the good service and he made us feel priviledged.

The hotel staff were really hospitable and polite. Even though I required help from them several times, they were still nice and not giving any bad attitude. Props to the management team!

Nothing that I didn't like. Their staff were helpful and I had a very enjoyable stay there. Whenever I encountered any issues, the staff were more than happy to help out

The location is superb and the staff is friendly. I still remember I forgot my wallet inside the room during check-out, the Manager Edric called me while I was having breakfast with my colleague nearby, luckily the hotel has such a responsible manager to ease all my trouble afterwards. Thumbs up for Edric and M1 Hotel!

I would like to give a thumbs up for the cleanliness as I am very particular at it. I rarely come to KL and found this hotel at booking.com so just give it a try. Ended up it was a great experience and I definitely will come back to stay again when I come to KL next time. Kudos to the service provided by the staffs!
