Very nice modern design, spacious equipped with iron, jug kettle, hair dryer. Water shower is heavy flow love it. Love the view.

Bed sheet cover need to change. TV channel is limited and picture not HD quality.

I like my room 601. City view regardless near the roadside but still enjoyed the scenery. Room slightly spacious if compared to other room which I ever stay before. Toilet, the most important place in the room, clean and I m happy with it. Thank you.

Frankly, I don’t like the carpet in the room. Looked dirty and dusty. All sorts of things seems to stick into it. Hairs and small particles of rubbish. I would suggest the management to remove the carpet before you all receive complaints about it. Another things was, TV in the room not working. Need your technician to check the problem. Thank you.

The staff was phenomenal, always smiling, friendly and helpful! Good bed.

Moldy bathrooms and very noisy, the doors did not hold any sound and hallways were echoing a lot, which meant we heard kids screaming and running a lot. The bedsheets were also stained.

all above about the Hotel is the best, the best part is the staff was very friendly towards us and once we check out and being waiting for our transports they allowed us to stay for a while at the restaurant for 2 hours. for sure we will come back to stay at Katel Hotel on our next Vacation.

our room was facing on Jalan TAR as in the middle of the night its so noisy to hear the motorcycle sound that we couldn't had our beauty sleep and full rest. might be our next stay will asked for rooms that facing back of the hotel or higher floor.

Only one service lift

All time fav place to stay whenever came to KL. The location is just at the center of Jalan TAR which is super friendly to those who loves to shop at Jalan TAR. Sogo is just next door (1-2mins walking distance). Jakel also there (5-10mins) walking from the hotel. The most important thing is you'll never get hungry bcs foods and drinks are sold here and there, easy to find!

Found out one manager maybe; (chinese woman) who was not friendly at all. No smiles & no greets. My first time seeing her around throughout staying at K-Hotel.

Staff were nice pleasant and helpful. Great location, friendly atmosphere, great for food, shopping and transportation. In particular an amazing train and monorail system that was cheap, reliable, clean and covered such a large area of Kuala Lumpur. Amazing Malls and a super choice of eating establishments. Great prices, both in shopping and eating.

Leaving Kuala Lumpur. Going to Vietnam, should of stayed.

Overall, the service is excellent. The reception and housekeeping staffs are very helpful and friendly. Throughout our 7 nights stay, the room is being cleaned every single day. The location is great, near to shopping centre, near to various eateries and easy access to public transport especially e-hailing.

Unfortunately, there is some confusion regarding our booking which leads to long waiting time for check in. Thankfully, the issue was resolved excellently by the staffs. Hopefully, the similar issue won't be happening again in the future.
