The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Micro rooms, welcoming atmosphere and high quality service. The lobby smells amazing, with signature scents evoking feelings like romance, energy, fun, or relaxation. Excellent property and very convenient to Bukit Bintang district in Kuala Lumpur. The purpose of writing this letter is to compliment your hotel staff for their wonder service. Thanks to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay at your hotel. I was there for five days and for all these days I was attended with utmost warmth. I was impressed to see the prompt room service despite the peak season. Every need was catered with utmost perfection making us feel so important.I would like to compliment your entire staff (Ms. Carmen) for she was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. With a smile on her face, I was really impressed by her service. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. And I would like to visit your hotel again for this outstanding experience. But some of the front desk staff I deal with need to improve their attitude and the way they speak to guests. Property is clean and has a dynamic, ever-evolving space that replaces the traditional lobby and plays host to a constant line up of exciting events, parties and food pop-ups. They do not offer a buffet for breakfast. The options for the continental breakfast were English Breakfast and Nasi Lemak, but they were both delicious. LRT station, Not much attraction around here but it's a walkable distance to the Sultan Ismail station - Ampang Line LRT. Ensuite bathroom, The bathroom is spacious and features a stand-up shower. They didn't provide the full set of toiletries, but I'm okay with this. They do provide shampoo, body wash, and hand wash. The quality was great. For sure, they do provide the basic toilet amenities, etc: towels, foot mat.

Love the design of this place so much, the art and the tech as well. For RM95 it was well spent for the experience. We needed a short, one night weekend getaway for our 2nd anniversary. Decided to go for this boutique hotel instead of some 5 star hotel and we were not disappointed! RECEPTION • Lobby - Always smelling so good I love it! Really gave a good impression. Colourful and full of artwork. • Restaurant - Had a burger, fries and chocolate drink. Food tasted good, price-wise not too expensive. • Lift - Only people with room cards can access so there's security. ROOM • Room - Small but clean and comfortable, minimalistic style. Adequately lit with adjustable ring light on the wall which is very convenient. Mattress and pillow soft and comfy. • No wardrobe since it's a small room • Toilet - Clean, the soap and shampoo is great and not some cheap junk. • Amenities - 2x bottled water provided, refillable at the restaurant. My husband's obsession was the automatic water dispenser LOL. LOCATION • Close to Quill City mall – a half dead mall but okay la better than nothing. Got eateries and cinema and some shopping. • Not much attraction around here but it's a walkable distance to LRT station. • Some restaurants and stalls nearby. NOISE • We stayed at level 3 so I'm not sure about the party downstairs coz we didn't hear anything. • Ear plugs are available at reception if you want. • Room was close to LRT track but didn't hear any noise (keep the window panel closed). • But some rempit bikers did get really noisy past midnight which had awoken us up. OVERALL, I'd like to say that even with a "budget" price, this hotel doesn't seem so "budget" at all like other places I've stayed at at this price point. It's quite a well designed hotel and not your typical cheap stay.

These are all very minor stuff that I just wanted to point out. I don't really mind them actually since the price I paid for is very cheap anyway. • Toilet bowl has no bidet or hand bidet • The seat is flat with no curvature so a bit uncomfortable to sit on LOL • No iron provided, but you can send your clothes for services • Hot shower not so hot, just warm

Great location. 5-8 minutes walking distance to Medan Tuanku Monorail station. 10 minutes by train to reach Bukit Bintang area. 10-15 minutes walking distance to Chow Kit Wet/night Market. Room looks new. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Room light is bright enough. You can even let the sunlight shines in through the window. Toilet is clean. They have Smart TV too, you can watch youtube in your room. Never got the chance to try their f&b, but it smells so good.

Chow Kit seems like a dodgy area, stay cautious when you walk on the street at night. The space behind the bed where the room telephone was placed was very dusty. Put some effort to clean it and wipe clean the tv remote control too. No toothbrush provided.

I like the staff.. all very friendly, polite and helpful. The room is clean, the design is simple and nice, and the bed is comfy. I had a bunk bedroom and my daughter loves it much. The facilities are sufficient. The TV can connect w my handphone so we had Disney channel before sleep. The view from my room is very nice city view during the dawn. Overall, this hotel made my girl's trip added value.

The entrance of hotel being covered by plants. The plant design is also my favourite part. But it's just tat it covers the whole entrance, when we grab to the hotel, we cant find the place. I have to walk a longway with my daughter to find the place in the night. Even 3grab food drivers who deliver our food also cant find the place. Maybe u can elaborate more in the page about ur location. Or pin the location in google with accurate. Tqvm.

It is so minimalist. All the things you need are there. No wardrobe no problem. Compartments underneath the bed frame is so genius. Got enough space to perform solat. The hotel cleaned the room eventho not requested, no prob about that. Accessible to LRT station! (This is the first thing we consider before we book this hotel). We love walking so no prob if we want to get foods and all. it’s just a walking distance. Food stalls also nearby. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. Both sink and shower got adjusted temperature control. Shower got two heads, one is raining type, the other one is the normal one. The bedroom view towards the city is memorable too. Plus, the lobby smells so good. Of course the bathroom amenities like shampoo and shower gel are customised and smell so good too. I almost considered to buy it, lol

The hotel didn’t provide hangers in the room. And not enough hooks.

I love the bunkies. Super spacious, clean and comfortable. Very minimalist vibes. The bathroom was surprisingly bigger than I thought. Hotel staff were nice. Breakfast sets were huge and delicious. Decent coffee served. Good location to explore Chow Kit area, so many food places nearby.

Noise of motorcycles at night. Maybe the city view was not the best option. One small elevator for use, faster to use stairs.

Lovely hotel with exactly everything you need for a short stay. Bed was comfy and the bathroom/ shower was to a high standard. The reception staff were helpful and the hotel had a cool, party vibe- would recommend checking to see what events are on at the hotel as they have late night events on quite a few days.

The Karaoke went on until nearly midnight on the Monday- wouldn’t have minded too much but the bloke signing was terrible!

This is our first hotel visits in Kuala Lumpur. Love it so much especially the facilities. The hair shampoo and body soap so refreshing . Love how Momo's hotel near with everything. I can just walk to lrt, easy to find food , near masjid India so we can shopping alot, near padang merdeka, sogo. You can just enjoy the city of kl without having stuck in traffic jammed. All can be experienced with walking distance. I would recommend n love to stay there again.

In the middle of night, loud noise from the outside but it's out from management control so I understand with it. So if you want a peace silent sleep, please wear noise reduction earpod or something hahaha 😂

Great little hotel. Very easy to access. Close to the monorail and subway lines. Rooms are tiny but well designed and relatively clean ( we did find hair in the bunk beds). Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is quite spacious. Restaurant is convenient if you don't want to go out but the food is meh.

Cleaning near the mattresses was not done properly and we found hair near the pillows. Also stains on the clean sheets. Nothing too crazy though. The food of the restaurant is not great. There are tons of places nearby that are much better.

I have stayed at MoMo's twice now and I would definitely stay again. The rooms are clean, welcoming and the hotel is conveniently located - about a 5-10 walk to the nearest LRT stations. I felt very safe as a sole female traveller and the price for a room is more than reasonable. I would actually recommend the bunk beds over the double bed as the room is more spacious.

The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. However, it can be a bit of a wait before you're attended to at check-in. I would also advise carrying ear plugs as the hotel tends to play very loud music on the ground level and there is also karaoke night on Fridays. If your room is on level 1 or 2, this can make it difficult to get sleep (especially because the music starts up again early in the morning).
