The hotel located at the busy area, easy to find food & hang out at night. Just walking distance to jakel mall & jalan tar. Hotel decoration is very nice, but if they put more green plants surround the area, will be more nice (basement parking & entrance lobby)

Comforter & bed quite old. But still comfy. Toilet has a bit of a dirty mark. Need more effort in cleaning the toilet especially wc. For family room i think hotel should provide 2 key card for easy access.

Flora by Crossroads Hotel, has a reception and a small but pleasant lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel, according to what a friend told me, recently changed administration, it is in a 5-storey building with an elevator. Our room was on the second floor, it had a wall-to-wall window, through which a lot of light entered, (but if you close the curtains the room is dark) with a pleasant view of the Klang River and the Dan Wangi Bridge. A super spacious room, they changed the towels, tidied the room and placed 2 bottles of water every day. The bathroom, pleasant and functional. We had to extend our stay at the hotel for one more day, and they changed us to the rooms that are on the main facade, I liked the idea, thinking that I could enjoy the views of the KL Tower through the circular window that those rooms have, or the vertical garden of the hotel's façade, but it wasn't like that, since the windows are very bad painted in beige or cream, I don't know for what purpose, but you can't see anything outside, you have a window, with no view. The smaller room, the same bathroom... No Views. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything, KL Petronas Towers / KL Tower / Central Market / Chinatown, no more than 1.5 km and the streets of KL are super safe. I'm not sure if the hotel has a restaurant, or at least that it currently works. I recommend the room overlooking the Klang River.

The windows with no view, because they are badly painted. A little humidity smell at the rooms and the halls.

Booked at short notice and for the price it was great. Clean, staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. Would stay again if in KL. Short walk to the skyscraper area one way and the other way the mosque, main square and central market are a short walk are an easy walk away. The tube station is very close.

The outside could do with a paint to make it look cleaner

The Wi-Fi is a bit bad as it is very flaky. Because they are using router as separate SSID instead of Access Point which would make the internet better. But as long as I got a good signal. No complaint about it.

Location OK if not rushing on pick hour. Soft bed and pillow sleep good.

Floor trap stuck, literally flood while shower.

-The staff is so friendly and give you an amazing experience. Talented staff. -The place is so near to train station. Walkable.

-One of the lamp is broken inside the room. -The parking is quite scary actually because it is so dark at the back of the hotel. And i am so worried about the safety of the car because theres no cctv/guard that looking out for your car. -Using waze to find the hotel is quite hard since the hotel is at the corner side.

Everything were nice and clean. Very accessible to the city center by foot. Also food shop and supermarket very close to the hotel.

The room can be sound proof as at night I could all the vehicles passing through on the main road.

Love the location. 10 mins walk.to KLCC and KL tower just a few minutes walk. Lovely view of KL tower from room. They just need to clean window from both inside and outside. If cleaned i think customer would appreciate the vibe of the place. Overall stay was good bed was comfy ,my.pregnant wife said bed was super comfy.

sudden maintenance? My room was suddenly blackout for 5 mins or so , it was pitched black no idea if other rooms faced same thing

the beds are comfortable, good facilities

having a hard time spotting the hotel and had to re route twice to find where to park. but the staff is nice and helpful , its not hard to park as the park is in the building just need to enter from back of the building
