Arrived quite late in the evening and headed directly to the Essence Restaurant for the buffet dinner. Staffs were welcoming and gave excellent service. Excellent Room and staffs. Service rendered was awesome. Comfy bed and pillows. Nothing to fault for the room and 99% of its amenities. Towels, bedding, robes all felt luxurious. Room had a view of the KL Tower which was beautiful to look at, especially at night with the changing colours. Enjoyed the pastries during breakfast!

Buffet dinner and breakfast was quite disappointing coming from a well known 5-star hotel chain. Dinner: Advertised as having Tomahawk and seafood buffet but there was no tomahawk and seafood option was limited and not quite fresh. Food options was also very limited and the quantity placed in the buffet was very little. Not sure if it was a low season/Friday night but there was no "lively" vibe to the ambience. But service staff made the experience enjoyable. Breakfast: Despite the full house, options were not much and staffs did not top up the food or took too long to top up the food. Wifi in rooms was as good as nonexistent.

- the check in process is too long (took about an hour for my case). - they didnt have the room that i reserved but they compensated by upgrading the room. - the bfast buffet food/drinks easily run out and they take some times to refill it because there are not many staff around.

Bell boy & Reception: Being welcome by very friendly staff fr entrance until receptionist. Though is festive season but luckily the time when we check in is less people. Check ou time is consider ok too. Hotel environment: very nice interior lookup when we have some walk, long time did not enjoy looking on with less crowded time Room : spacious and clean room, in addition good view from room that we can see KL Tower there. Didn't expected having clean and well maintained bathroom in this hotel (have bath tub which kid like most) Breakfast: Alot of choices and at least there will have 1 cuisine for each style (indian, chinese, western, malay). I like they have soooo many dessert selection and have teh tarik (my favorite)

Everything was good enough but except during breakfast time. We are having queue for about 20mins+ but was entertained with good manner by the staff. We understood that the crowd and insufficient manpower during festive season, the time is still acceptable for us.

We stayed 7 nights at Sheraton hotel . Reception stuff are helpful and kind . Cleaning is good . Location is also good.every night we could walk back to the hotel from twin towers. Daily housekeeping. Anything you need you could ask and was sent to your room. Thank you 👍

Facilities ( jacuzzi and steam room ) could be better& a bit cleaner for 5 star hotel. No ear cotton, no moisturizer, no tissue,no disposable hair brush was available The hair dryer located right Infront of toilet ! Anytime I went there I had to come back to reception to ask : can you please turn on the jacuzzi! Can you start the steam room !

Hotel is clean and room services are excellent. The location is pretty near to the malls and twin tower and other attractions.

We paid total for 7 nights on the arriving day. On the checkout day we again had to pay for another extra night as they said they didnt charge for our first day. This was very disappointing as we were not informed about it before and day before our check out day we asked the reception if we have any pending payments and they said all payments are settled. very dissatisfied and disappointed about this !

Our stay in KL was amazing - the hotel is really good and it has everything you need during your holiday. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and the bar to relax in the afternoon. The breakfast is amazing with incredible choices - we tried everything during our stay and all the food is delicious. The staff is nice and always willing to help. The room was really comfortable and a very decent size. We also used the spa and it is good value for money.

Nothing everything was amazing (the pool would benefit from having a bar but minor point as you can still get drinks from the 1st floor lounge area).

A very quality maintained with good standard. I was impressed with the staff support. I will now be more inclined to use Sheraton Group in other places.

As we stayed 5 days, The first day breakfast standard was very good with multiple fruits option and juice section. The next day onwards juices and fruits had few choices. As the day went. I noticed the food choice standard went limited but the quality was well maintained. Please Note: Whether any guest stays for 1 day or entire 7 days and/or stays any day of the week. The Sheraton Food Standard must be high and maintained. Guest staying at your hotel will never hesitate to spend few extra dollars as they expect it to be of high quality and are willing to pay decent amount for their stay. Food was fresh and good and please don't take this as a complaint as this is not a complaint but a suggestion.

The Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur is truly exceptional! The staff is extremely courteous, going above and beyond in service, with a fantastic concierge who even arranged a magical trip to see fireflies. Cleanliness is not compromised here, luxury is present in every corner and the rooms offer absolutely amazing city views. The hotel's remarkable performance indeed reflects the highest standards in hospitality. A world-class stay I would highly recommend!
