The room was great and staff were very good. Room had all the amenities. Location was excellent and easy to travel around. Easy to find good food.

I had requested for a quiet room that did not face the road and was away from traffic. I was given a room towards the back on 2nd floor. However, there was renovation work going on with drilling that went past 6 pm! When I called reception, the person said they will look into it. I was told the manager had been informed and someone will call me back. No one did! The room on the 2nd floor was below ground level with horrible concrete beams and sloping soil with wild plants. It was as if you were buried underground! The sight that greeted you when you stepped out of the room was terrible and disappointing. Something must be done about landscaping the place.

The location of the hotel is very strategic which is walking distance to Alor Street, Pavilion & bars. The room was so clean & comfy. Easy check in & check out process. Definitely will come back again.

Spacious room, excellent shower. For some of us the bed was comfy, for some it was too soft. AC positioned very well and worked properly. The location is very good because you are in walking distance to several KL hubs for nightlife, food, culture, sightseeing. Our room overlooked a tiny jungle below KL tower and it was very nice and green. We liked the property and have extended our stay.

The fridge in the room was not cooling enough and we were told it is not a fridge but a wine cooler. The doors to the room were letting a lot of light inside the room from below, so we had to use old towels to make it darker, but we need the room to be completely dark to sleep in.

The bed is super soft and fluffy! The shower has good pressure with rain shower head. You can request for your luggage to be temporarily stored after checking out. There is also a convenience store and a cafe with good coffee & bakes next to the hotel. Relatively quiet at night even if there is a street of bars/clubs down the road

The nearest MRT/Monorail is Bukit Bintang which is around 15mins walk away but if you are okay with walking then it's totally fine. You have to cross a street of bars/clubs at night if you choose to walk from/to Bukit Bintang. Traffic is crazy if you choose to take a grab especially at night and on the weekends. Other than these, its still a great location

Indie Hotel is very well located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Center: you can walk to China Town (15 mn), Twin Towers (30 mn), Mall Centers (10 mn) and many other places, easy and safe. You can also book a taxi (grab, in Driver) to go there with the kindly reception staff. Rooms are new, clean, spacy, confortable. No negative experience, everything was ok. Many restaurants (western and asian food) and mini markets close to the hotel. This is a great place i recommend for a great stay in Kuala Lumpur.

The location was great and the room was awesome! It was walking distance to a lot of great areas. The room had plenty of space, a desk for working, bathroom was great, bed was very comfortable and plenty of storage space for luggage. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked everything but if I had to pick something it would just be the wifi was a little bit unreliable sometimes, but was ok for most of the time. The other thing would be maybe to have some more common facilities like a gym or something like that would be nice but it looks like they are doing some renovations so maybe this will be included in the future plans.

It's the go-to hotel for anyone who is looking to visit KL either for a short or a long stay. It's ideally located in the heart of the city, at a 10-min walk from the famous Jl. Alor and about 20 min walk from Pavilion Mall. The rooms are very nice, comfortable, spacious and cozy. Good amenities too.

I don't have any complaints. One thing to note though is that, like a lot of hotels/apartments in KL, you have to be prepared to pay cash which nowadays feels quite unusual.

location, tuck at the fringe of Bukit Bintang and only 3 minutes walk to all the pubs and nice eateries Bukit Alor, and 18minutes to Lot10, Pavilion & Fahrenheit and within walking distance of Chinatown (25mins walk ) enjoying every bit of it. Our Room is facing the street side and the nice trees on the opposite side of the street makes a pretty natural facade. Valet parking staff is friendly

the noise at night with a lady talking on the phone outside our room corridor , called up reception and the lady said “nothing we can do about it” thinking at least they could talk to the guest and asked her to go back to her room to chat rather standing outside of the corridor at 1130pm until late at night !! perhaps they did talk to the last guest and she didn’t listen ?

The bed is huge and so comfffyyyy. 😍 Good location walking distance to Jalan Alor Food Street and Bar. Friendly staff especially the security guard & housekeeping. Got mini mart downstairs. Water pressure is good. Got hairdryer and iron inside the room. Hotel room is clean and comfortable to stay. Best place to stay with friends and family. I will definitely repeat once visits KL again.

Receptionist not really friendly. Bathroom quite small and the bodywash difficult to press because it lock to the wall. Not really soundproof. Can hear people from the next room. Facing back view quite scary at night time. Would be better if the put solar light so its not that really dark outside at nightime. Please prepare hotel slippers the floor quite cool at night.

Room was terrific, we stayed here for 3days 2nights, my wife and kids love it, one time we forgot to put a " do not disturbed " sign while we were out while our luggages and belongings not locked they cleaned the room, change our bedsheets, towels without our stuffs being touched at all. downstairs also have minimart

Our room are located at the back of the hotel level 5 facing a forest and big tree, quiet dark and creepy at night, hotel should give a spotlight at least just a solar one
