The room was clean and comfortable. No dust or muck on table and floor surfaces. Was really impressed! There are also snacks and drinks available for purchase at the lobby, which is really good because I didn’t have to walk out to buy food.

The location is good but not great. It’s on a more dodgy street a little walk away from Bukit Bintang city centre, but it’s overall okay.

The hotel provide more then what I have paid actually, was too comfortable and peaceful stay with city comfort hotel. Receptionist, was too polite and their greeting and send off with smiling face shows their good manners. Housekeeping, they done their part too well. They respect guest privacy and clean the room neatly. They clean my room and washed the bathroom and toilet and restore coffee and mineral water by themselves as per guests needs. The Room, was too comfortable and I felt too good. the Tv provided some satellite channels and the city view , the bed and others stuffs were too good and well done. Much recommend and my stay was wonderful there . City comfort hotel will the priority on my next visit to KL. I will rate this Hotel 100/100 their service made me impressed.

the room was spacious and the staffs .. guard.. house keeping and specially the reception during afternoon the chinese girl with glasses and chinese tall guy was so friendly and accommodating.. they helped me alot during my stay..

the room needs renovation… specially the room 505 there is some insect egg at the ceiling other than that the wifi as well..

When I book they said had breakfast. But when I reach they said no breakfast. But everything else was good.. As the staff was friendly.

Can hear noises outside the room. And the air-cond remote is at the wall. Everytime wanna lower the temperature need to wake up from the bed. And I wish the TV could connect to the phone. And I hope you could put the number to call ur reception on ur hotel telephones so people doesn't need to go all the way down to ask the reception something.

The staff are very friendly, they have attended all my questions. I’ll definitely go back there.

I told one lady at the concierge that I will extend 1 more day and she was informed however, another lady from the concierge called me and was about to close off electricity because she thought it’s my checkout day. I think that’s pretty much it, other than that everyone’s pleasant.

Forgot to remove the previous guest's used soap & shaving blade cartridge in the shower's metal holder next to the soap. The kettle needs to use the multi type socket next to the bed to be used.

Would like to highlight the good service provided by the hotel staff name Wing Yee. She is exceptionally informative, warmth, friendly, accommodative and professional. The hotel is standard basic however the service team had elevates to the higher level. Would like to thank to Yien also that has been taking care of me.

Soundproofing bad, weird stench/smell in room, Landry room is kinda beaten up and could use some maintenance and care, the shower water is kinda weak
