The location strategic, the price is suitable and the room itself AND the bathroom is clean. The large bathroom is suitable for my elderly parents. The hotel also has 2 functioning lifts so staying with elderly with wheelchair is very helpful. The water pressure is great, water heater is functioning. The staff are very helpful and accomodating. There are cafes and restaurant next to the hotel.

The room which i was staying does have windows but it is not overlooking the garden/street/river as what i was expecting when i was booking it, the windows are high just enough to let the natural light to come in but not low enough for you to see outside. So if you are expecting a room with a view please call ahead. HOWEVER, if it is just a one night stay located near the interesting touristy spots it is a good, convenient and affordable stay.

My room was spacious and clean. It had a good river view. There was wi-fi provided which was quite good, keeping in mind, it is free. I could conduct my classes well. There was a chiller for the drinks. They provide some drinking water. The location was in the town centre. Everything was within reach even if you don't have your own transport. The price was most reasonable. The bathroom was good and clean and reasonably spacious.

The food was a little basic but I am okay with it. Parking is an issue, there were difficulties in getting parking space. if you want to try food outside, a personal transport is a plus. The staff was friendly.

The room is spacious with the amount of money paid. Worth it! This applies to the en-suite bathroom too. Staffs were also helpful when my son was not feeling well, they helped to change our bedsheet even in the middle of the night. Breakfast was average but could have been better if there's much more choices. Located in the middle of Kuantan city and almost everything is walkable.

Car parking might be an issue as no private parking provided, only public parking. That too we need to pay during working days. Bed slightly small than average.

I am very satisfied with my stay. I booked a Deluxe Queen with window and faced the river and a Superior Twin with window that faced the street. My room is spacious and clean and it provides a sanitized sejadah too. They even do housekeeping daily. The toilet is clean and love the big shower. My family members love the breakfast. The food is variety and tasty. Even my mother who is a bit fussy on food liked it very much. We really enjoyed the it. The hotel also provides a wheelchair, a pair of crutches and a few umbrellas for guests in need. It also selling snacks such as instant noodles, buns and can drinks.

The hotel situated in the old town center and very close to river bank. Very good place to find local restaurant. Those people who like stroll on the river side, this is the place with decent price. Breakfast is excellent, you can enjoy Malay style morning dishes.

Air tightness of bathroom was not perfect so I had to fight with small insects.

The location was great. Near the hipster cafe. Near to menara kuantan 118. Have a river behind the hotel. The room was clean. Big size toilet. The classic vibe is just like the hotel name. The hotel was clean and great.

The pillow is too thin. The bathroom floor is a little sticky. I don't like the room paint which is too green. The dining room is too small and unorganized. I need to wait about 25mins to get a table. There are many big size tables that are suitable for big families. As I am a solo traveler, I need to share a table with this one family that is always looking at me while I'm having my meals. It's too uncomfortable for me. Pls separate the table as many as can at least table for two people or four.

Polite front desk staff. I didn't get her name but she was very helpful and nice. Clean room and toilet. Room was as advertised. Tv works well. Located near the 188 tower(walking distance) Sells instant noodles and mineral water on site. Room was spacious, well equipped, even have a mini fridge. Toilet was spacious and clean.

Parking a bit hard to get if you came back around 7-10pm.

It’s easy to access, even for a person with disability. Have a small cafe just behind the counter. Has a waiting area to check in. Very sturdy bed, strong air cond, and big bathroom. Room can technically fit 4 people. Internet surprisingly good and stable. Staff super friendly and understanding. Ideal location to Kuantan 188, Teluk Cempedak and the surroundings for local food.

No water dispenser. Have to grab boiled water from behind the kitchen behind the café at ground floor. You need to put parking ticket as you are in the middle of the city center and prone to police summons!

In overall, the hotel does meet my expectations. The price is cheap but what you get is good. Clean and comfy.

The room is not soundproof enough. I could hear noise from the next room. My room was facing the main road so it was noisy from the vehicles’ noise during peak hours. The painting inside the bathroom is a bit old with stains are visible.

Room is big enough with basic accessories as hangers, tv, kettle, cups and free tea bags and coffee, big washroom with good water pressure for shower. The best thing is the ideal location of the hotel at the affordable room rates.

sound proof of the rooms need to improve as hotel guests can easily disturbed by kids running around in the corridoor. Floor rug in front of the bathroom is very slippery.
