The room is big. The toilet is clean. The breakfast buffet is good. The lobby is big.

I don't mind the wardrobe is in the toilet, but the freezer is also in there?

price, quality, clean, comes with breakfast, the politeness of staff, location near to mydin, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, 7 eleven, ample parking lots, a working tv, the equipped room facilities (iron,fridge,air-cond,amenities, bed, coffee tea n accessories, ) room is big and good flooring. Great improvement at the front desk.. breakfast main dish improved in taste but i think its time to change the recipe of spaghetti, soup noodle recipe. maintaining the menu is alright but the taste is somewhat not.

can hear people moving or the toilet door squeeking from next rooms or above. Kind of scary if you are awake at middle of night and hearing this if you are not familiar with the sound. it is not haunted but gv you suspense. 😅 been staying here as my travel accomodations checkpoint whenever i'm in kuantan. its time to replace the towels. maybe a new smell of bath and shampoo too. ( lemongrass smell would be nice😊)

Room for 4 pax was very spacious, with bottled water, coffee & tea and all standard amenities provided. Breakfast menu come with variety of choices & was quite delicious. The location is within walking distance to many shops, including Mydin supermarket.

The air-conditioning in the room we stayed in wasn't powerful enough & wasn't able to fully cool the room. The hotel staff had assisted us when we complained, but there wasn't much improvement so I suspect it has to do with the low powered air-conditioning relative to the huge room size. There weren't many tv channels variety & signal reception was also poor despite the hotel situated in city center.

Good value for money, the room was spacious, large & comfortable.. The room was clean & tidy.. Large space make us easy to serve prayer with 3 or 4 people in one time.. Bathroom also clean & large.. They also prepare iron & ironboard & tv in the room.. Breakfast makes my tummy is very full with various menus.. They also served english breakfast.. Yummy..

Overall is okay only the fridge maybe u can place in the main room rather than wardrobe space in toilet..

The room was very spacious with a separate dressing area. It was clean and came with kettle, fridge & safe as well as a long mirror. The breakfast spread was not extensive but sufficient. The location was very central and near to my event venue.

The shower was lacking a hand held shower head in addition to the rain shower. I had to resort to using the tap and there was no hot water. The lighting in front of the long mirror is insufficient. The car park was unmanned, cramped and directions not well marked. This is a safety and security issue.

We came with a very late flight and stayed overnight on the way for our beach vacation place. the hire is very clean and rooms are spacious. rooms are also very cool so you can sleep well. staff is amassing and were very helpful. When we arrived the Grab app decided I can not pay with my card and I needed to pay cash, that I did jot have. The hotel manager was so kind to pay for me and charge to the room.

breakfast could be better but I guess it is fair offer for this price.

The hotel is located in the city center of Kuantan which makes it very convenient to travel to shopping malls, restaurants and even tourist hot spots. I booked the deluxe triple room and it was spacious.

There could be more variation of food choices for the breakfast buffet provided. Also, there is no hairdryer in the room, should consider providing hairdryers for all rooms.

Price is very reasonable with the quality. The room is clean and spacious. The location is at the centre of Kuantan, close to Kuantan City Mall, East Coast Mall etc. Many eateries nearby. Have ample space for parking.

The refrigerator and clothes section are inside the toilet. Kinda turned off if want to store some foods in the refrigerator.

Nice location with good view of Kuantan City. Spacious room and very clean, good water pressure too. Night time is ok, I can sleep well without interruption. Breakfast provided to all guest is a bonus even simple menu has been served. Parking is free for guest but a bit challenging for big vehicle. Room price is worth it as charged , If I come again to Kuantan, for sure to look for this hotel. Highly recommended to everyone. Really worth it.

The room is very spacious for 3 people. The toilet heater had a small issue when it was alright the next time I used it. Staff very very friendly. Free parking for hotel guest & the breakfast was simple and very nice. Location is very good. There was a night market within 5 mins walking distance. Overall a very good stay and will be back when I'm in kuantan again.
