E-Red Hotel Kuantan

Room is spacy, parking is available both inside and outside hotel premise (shophouse parkings), bathroom is surprisingly spacious also (got lot of empty space beside toilet, good for putting stuff temporarily).

Location is a bit too quiet (might need to rethink if you want to go walking out late at night), breakfast is OK but could use more variety

Cheap and all basic necessities were included in the room. Never expected that the ironing facility was in the room too which makes thing easier. All the switches got indicated label which suprising because this feature even higher star hotel don’t have it. Got a nice looking view with sunrise.

Maybe can improve on the pillow. It’s a bit springy which not quite comfortable to sleep.

Breakfast was tasteful and yummy. Location is great as there are many shops around the hotel. Most important is that the room temperature was perfect and the best is the water heater works well and the water pressure was perfect. The towels was pluffy and clean. The stuff that attended to me (Naim, Anne and Haikal) was proffesional and friendly. Keep it up guys !!

With the price that I paid, it meet my expectations. Couldn’t ask for more.

-Room: _Big enough space with a nice budget, overall room looked clean and up to standard -Lightning:_ Bright room and have many control over light to control the ambience of room -Bed: _Large bed and comfortable, nearby bed socket point is a additional bonus -Parking: _Large car park but downside is the carpark is outdoor -Shower: _Strong water pressure for nice and refreshment treat

-Room: _ No separation of flooring to separate entrance and main room area -Counter: _If the check in process can be faster will be better

It's an old hotel called citiview, but they have refurbished and the inside looks clean and nice. The price for a 3 stars hotel, quite reasonable. Overall ok, we were out all day so we didn't need something special. This hotel nothing outstanding, but ok.

Nothing special, but overall ok. Value for money.

To start with, the parking was free & plenty. The staff was extremely polite & helpful. The outside facade says nothing of the inside. The room was clean, spacious and have good amenities including excellent internet. I enjoyed the stay.

The breakfast was a simple fare and the taste was only so-so. They could provide better cuisine.

the cleanliness was exceptional.. post lockdown many hotels are badly managed and owners are not doing anything to improve and charge an exorbitant price.. but this hotel is exceptional.. its clean, d water heater was good, water pressure excellent.. clean sheets, clean towels...

The room was comfortable and clean.spacious enough to accommodate my family. the staffs were friendly and considerate.we only got 3 coupons for breakfast and expected to pay extra money for our 2 year old because he exceeded the height limit. However, the staff just let he eats there for free.overall, satisfied with the service.

Room is spacious and will come back to stay at this hotel and bfast is good especially fried meehon if possible maybe the hotel can add more food varieties for example salads selection. Hotel private parking are spacious.

If you 1st time being in Kuantan fyi Surrounding hotel area not much choices of malay restaurants for lunch or dinner and most of the shops nearby are closed and a bit run down area. U need to drive if need to find eating place.

At the front reception deck girls staff were lovely and charming, we also had dinner once. One of the employ name Meera helped me so much, she took me to a personal tour on her off day. They made sure that I was comfortable. It was pleasant staying E-red hotel.
