When entering the room after.check in found ants at one side and called staff to bring insects repelent.Fridge not switch on and bad odour when open the fridge.door which stayed quite a while. Room a bit tiny for praying. Knock the wall when rukuk.I'm 155cm If taller more inconvenient.Need pest control.Fridge need to switch on prior guest check in to prevent odour. Towel need to upgrade to bigger size

I don’t have any complaint. Stayed for 3 nights. The single room bed can feel a bit small if your height is > 165cm. But, since I’m only 160cm, I still have room to stretch and perform prayer in the room. The ironing station is located just outside my room (love it). Extra marks because they provide nuts and Milo. Simple breakfast starts at 7am which is good enough for me. Very close to Grand Makmur Hotel & Berjaya Megamall. Deposit need to pay by cash only at RM50. The staff are rated 10 stars by other reviewers which I agreed.

Not hotel management problem but during my 2nd day return to the hotel, there is a stray dog at the parking area. So, I was scared.

clean room, requested for a non smoking room and i was given one. Thank youu. Aircond functioning well, basic amenities provided, bathroom smells good and clean. Water dispenser and iron are provided at the corridor.

i was not informed that we have to pay another rm6 cash during check in for tax. I thought everything was already included during payment. Thankfully i have cash on me (which is a rare occasion)

This hotel doesn't provide breakfast, because it doesn't have restaurant. But it doesn't matter. There are plenty of restaurant around the hotel. There are also two malls near the hotel. So, you don't need to worry about meals. Staffs in this hotel are very nice. And the cleanness of this hotel is good.

For me, this hotel is a pretty good. Most of the things in this hotel is okay for me.

The interiors was very bright which is very good for me since I was checking in late, almost midnight. The staff is friendly and checking in was really simple and fast.

Maybe i was looking foward to simple yet buffet style bfast so i could have choices so i felt the bfast is little disappointing. However the pre -packed food is fair enough considering the price.

Location privacy. Easy parking. Walking distance to shopping mall.

Convenient parking area, overall hotel area are very clean, the interior looks new and modern complete with elevator service. The room is clean especially the bathroom are very spacious, simple and well function.

I used the iron provided by the hotel located at the corridor but unfotunately the iron was not in a good condition and did not function well. It almost burn my shirt, hopefully the hotel admint replace it with the good one.

Functional room. Tv, cold air con, good WiFi, friendly staff. Room in good condition.

It is small and has no windows. But I was fine with this. However feels like it could do with airing out the room a bit better.

Bed and sheets were nice. Two pillows each. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonably central location.

Drinking glasses were wrapped in plastic but dirty. Room is quite small. One side of the bed is against the wall. Hangers are not able to be moved from the rail. Only one keycard provided so when you go out everything goes off - including the fridge! This is not great if you have food in the fridge. Fridge is just a tiny bar fridge.

A new hotel... very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was right at the reception lobby. They gave fried mee hoon, and selection of toast with jam. Cosy and nice

My room had no windows n it was really narrow. But it was ok for me and my sis. Enough space to pray. I did not miss the window at all.
