Everything is good about the hotel. Spacious rooms and housekeeping is doing a good job 👍🏻 Even the cafe is better than expected, the food and prices is reasonable 😉

Kind of far from other halal restaurants aside from the lobby cafe and attractions place so need a car to go around anywhere. But e-hailing is quite cheap & easy so shouldn't be a problem.

The room was really clean, comfy bed, AC and a hot shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was delicious! Definitely made the mornings easy. It was nice and quiet while still being close to downtown. If you want to get to the waterfront, you can take a Grab from the hotel for about $2 USD. The laundry service was so efficient! Well priced and they got my clothes back to me the very same day. Really appreciated this while I was traveling in Kuching for 10 days.

Cleanliness of the room, especially the toilet and shower room. The hotel is located at the quieter area of the city. Bed is comfortable too. The AC temp is alright for a good night sleep.

Lack of facilities, eg , gym and swimming pool. And there's no fridge in the room. For the similar price, I can get rooms with the above-mentioned facilities. The location is also a bit out of the city centre, but can move around easily via Grab in Kuching.

Had been staying in this hotel numerous times since 2019 (was called Dorsett Hotel back then). Hotel room was clean, comfortable bed as usual.

The service of front office staff not as good as before. Staff especially those non-Chinese (not a racist related review) front office staff. Been ignorance of our requests such as extra pillows, check out time extension. With Kuching as my regular visit city, I doubt I would be considering this property again.

The room and all the services were fine. The restaurant was good enough and the staff at reception exceptionally helpful at all times. they helped me with taxis which were necessary considering the distance to the town center

The problem was a room without a window which I didn't realise I had booked; I thought it would have daylight but that the window just couldn't be opened.

Hotel's hospitality and service are always better than homestay. It's just the right room size to fit my occupancy needs of three. Great value for money. Free parking. Easy access to food nearby

Comfort and cleanest hotel. The facility is superb. The hotel was so clean and smelled so good. The facility comes with a card access lift. Which makes us feel safe and secure. Friendly staff and easy to communicate and deal with. Parking is also easy to find. Overall, excellent services and beyond my expectations. .

The room was spacious and it was quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The wifi voucher validity is only for 3 days. Need to ask the receptionist for a new one in order to reconnect to internet. There is only 1 channel for the tv. It would be good if more options given.

Large size room with comfy bed. Desk to work at with nice views. Internet is reliable and fast. Quiet room. excellent housekeeping and all of the staff are incredibly friendly. The cafe is worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. I’m a bit different than most travellers in that I work remotely and explore in between work, but this has been a great base. I extended my stay here. Highly recommend.
