I like the location and environment. Its clean, very calming and spacious. The view is great. I can see the river cruise and sometime in the evening got people playing kites nearby. The parking lot is great! Its free and easy access to your room. The wifi is okay and I’m able to do my work with ease since my mobile data is weak in the area. I didn’t manage to try the hotel food but will definitely to try if I stay there again. Yes! I will definitely will stay there again if im back in Kuching!

There are few things im not happy which is my toilet seat got black spot stained that I cant remove by washing it. Look scary. The tv channel also limited and not clear but its okay.

We did not have breakfast,(NOT INCLUDED ) the reception told us it is it was only a continental breakfast and plain Malay food for 20 Malay Ringgit. So we had lunch at the restaurant thinking the breakfast was not good. We order our lunch and have a conversation with the FB STAFF at the restaurant to find out it is a buffet breakfast for only 20 Malaysian Ringgit. Western and Malaysian food. We were surprised and we had breakfast the following days at our additional cost which was only 20 Malaysian Ringgit. The cost to the city center by taxi was 80 Malaysian Ringgit to drop only. We had a great time in Kuching and a beautiful hotel. The housekeeping did not clean the room only changing the towel, but she was nice. A Dayak girl.

The housekeeping did not clean the room every day The house phone is not working, We found out the cable was in the drawer instead, so it is not easy to call the staff by phone number, it was a phone with no reply ( haha) We went down to the reception to ask for room service.

The room was nice and relatively big on a higher floor with view to the river but a bit remote the area around. Had every amenities you would need. There’s a pool but it’s mainly for children, there’s a gym.

Check in time at 3 pm! So they asked my phone number to call me when it was time.. never did. At 3 when I went there two long queues for check in.. Pool is for children and didn’t really look clean. Gym has a couple of old machines and dumbbells. Non of the electric one was working.

We stayed at Tower B, I can say that almost everything is still the same just like the first time I went there in the year 2010. The staff were friendly and helpful. I really love the security system, no card no entry. The aircond in our room (1702) is working perfectly.

The TV options. No Netflix or tv with HDMI. Most of the sockets were not functioning luckily i brought extension. The ironing board need a replacement. The carpet need to change or maybe for the next stay I might request to vacuum the room as I has allergies to dust.

The room is really big enough for us to move around. Room condition is really clean and neat. Aircon is in good condition and quiet. I really enjoyed staying there and really made me feel like home.

The front counter service is poor and need to wait for quite a long time just for check-in. Around 15 minutes although at that particular time just had 2 customers including me.

*Booked this hotel imagining some relaxing times by the pool. The pool did not look fresh or inviting so we didn’t try it. No loungers by the pool either.

Nice comfy bed. Free parking, lots of parking lot. Connecting room was good. My kids love it. Swimming pool a but small but kids love it too.

Lift a bit dodgy. Maybe it's a bit old. Shopping mall next door are not really operational. Maybe due to Covid-19 a lot goes empty. Bathroom a bit old and with stain on the toilet seat. Wall paper and curtains need a bit of repair. But bed still good and comfy.

The room was spacias and clean. Laundry and restaurant nearby.

Some of the facilities out work in the hotel. The lift of the chair in the room was broken and the chair rmained very low position The mall in the same building was almost empty. Far away from city center and need to take a Grab ride for shopping something.

The parking lots can be a bit confusing and crowded too at times. They should replace the tv and add more channels. There were just ads promoting tourism on and on again.

The Room is big enough for Family, since it got 2 double bed . Also got Swimming pool.

The water channel is blocked, and floods when bathing because the shower 🚿 water very strong but the water flows very slowly .
