The building looks relatively modern. It has decent size swimming pools and dining area for breakfast buffet. The deluxe room is spacious, a lot bigger than I imagined, can definitely fit another bed which can be asked for. It's comfortable enough for a family to stay in. The water pressure is so good. The breakfast buffet had decent options, got nasi lemak, fried mee, aglio olio, even got egg and roti canai station, toast station, cereals, salad and fruits. Quite a spread considering the price i paid for a night here that was quite cheap, compare to most hotels that would charge over rm200 per night for the same room here. Amazing service from the friendly and warm staffs.

The deco and the flooring seems a bit old. Might need a little touch up. The water tap in the toilet makes noise a bit. The lighting was a bit too "romantic" for me haha I need brighter lighting. No wifi though.

We checked in late around 10pm. Despite one flaw of not getting towels immediately after we checked in, we enjoyed our stay.

Housekeeping needs improvement - as we entered the room, we found out towels were not provided. We requested them twice via call and my son had to go down and asked at the counter. The staff responded it might take an hour. Eventually we got our towels in the morning after 9 hours we checked in.

The room (family suite) was huge and spacious, and it was clean.

The free breakfast was scheduled at 7 am, but it was only ready after 7 am. Maybe because it was Aidilfitri period, so they might be understaffed at that time.

For the price that I paid, I shouldn't be complaining. I just love the location as it really served my purpose. Best of all near to the big mosque in Sg Petani.

Value for money. Very hospitable staff member. Had ramadhan iftar at the hotel. Food was decent and good.

The airconditioning thermostat was not working. The room was freezing.

the toilet & bathroom. need to repair & upgrade. clealiness in toilet liitle bit dissapointed. hope hotel management can do something for this area.

The place was awesome. Really like the coffee, food and the patio where u can seat besides the pool and enjoying breakfast.

Everything is great.

Very big room and clean. The cafe is nice - food serve is nice. Huge parking. Location is a a bit challenging but value for money.
