Staffs hospitality. The first staff named Hassan who assisted us upon arrival, had given us an excellent service. The reception was quick.

The variety of food during breakfast is similar to other local hotels but the taste of some of its cuisines are to be further improved.

Best hotel in Sungai Petani. We got the valet parking for three days, thanks for the uncle at the entrance who is kind enough to let us.

The cleanliness in the room need serious improvement. it used to be much cleaner but now seems dusty in many areas.

Breakfast was good and could be more extensive to include local fare.

We found out that the booking for a room to accommodate three persons only comes with breakfast for two. The local fare at breakfast could be more extensive. Park Avenue does a wider range of local food for breakfast. The bedlinen and pillow cases were smelly during our first night stay.

I love the quiet, cozy, comfortable atmosphere and the beautiful scenery. the staff are also very kind, efficient and friendly. however, my room pipe was leaking. i also found the tiles in the bathroom were not washed clean. there are algae in the cracks of the tiles. my room was room 403. in my opinion, the hospitality and cozy atmosphere were reasonably priced. however, hotel facilities such as toilet plumbing and cleanliness of tiles in toilets need to be improvised.

The hotel do not pay attention to the maintenance of toilet such as leaked pipe. The tiles in the bathroom also were not washed clean as i found algae in the gap between the tiles.

the lobby staff especially the staff in the dining are very friendly and very helpful . they make the guest feel like they’re in the 5 star hotel. the food is also so nice and delicious, praise to the chef and the staff. parking is easy and safe. will be back again.

there’s no gym or sauna or steam room and the entertainment area is closed. too bad

Stayed for 8 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned even once. Except for making the bed.

Nothing much, except the iron, the wire could be seen and would have been dangerous if touched. We mentioned it to the receptionist.

The stay was very comfortable, friendly staff and the breakfast was good.

Got insects crawling on the carpet and also ants. Pleqse let the guest add on extra beds the space in the room is big enough for an extra bed. This is a big matter for family with odd no. 😊🤣

Toiletteries - bath gel was less 1 for 2 persons Also the main entrance flooring is too slippery when wet. My husband slipped & fell. Luckily, nothing major happened. I'm talking about the black tiles sloping down. The flooring infront of the main entrance is good
