The hotel near to the Taiping Mall-so convinence if you want to find anything. Value for money. Most important, got parking for guest

Appreciate if have kettle and wardrobe. Also i stay for 2 days, the 2nd day i put sign "make my room" but no one come in for room service. Overall i will come back.

Size and condition of the room is good. One of the best in Taiping. Location is unbeatable! Staff are friendly and helpful!

Soundproofing is not so good. Can hear neighbours a little too well.

The good part started the moment we approached the hotel and found that it had ample parking. Next at the lobby, we were greeted politely by a smiling Miss Nesa. The location can't be better, as it is a dtone throw away from Lotus's, many restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee joints and a food court (non halal). It is slightly out of town, thus avoiding traffic and noise. The room had everything we needed. Water dispensers on every floor provided hot and cold water. The hotel was very clean. On checkout, we had a very polite Cik Siti at the reception. Great to see staff like Miss Nesa and Cik Siti.

Perfect place for everyone. Good location.near shops, restaurants, and highways. Well connected to tourism places. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Need to select from their range of types before booking to get the best of each rooms.

Basic rooms don't come with kettles , extra pillows, but has a water Despenser outside along the corridor. Nothing much to fault. Wished the basic room a bit bigger... The space feels cramped a bit. TV don't have much choice . Sad . This place don't have coffee house or room service. Nothing near for food on walking distance or the same row shoplots. Need to take car out. Their choice of sharing Water Despenser, iron , and rubbish bin at corridor seemed first but it works. Bed to side table is connected so getting hit at head when we turn.. hehe. Need to put toys or pillow to block. These comments are basic and can be improved. Overall a good place to be.

I was on the 11th Floor and a Family Checked in, Had to go Down to the Reception to Complain on the New Guest that made Hell lots of Noise, But they were so Ignorant ( The Guest ) It just Weren't a Good Day at All

The Room is So Clean, A/C is Cold, Fan is Awesome, Covered Parking Lot, Easy Access to Facilities and Amenities, There is a Laundry Close by, SuperMart, Cinema, And Restaurants, A Great Place to Stay at Everything is Just There

The staff was helpful. Room was big enough for us with 3 beds. Place was clean. Location was great. Had a supermarket and a mini mall across the road to get your necessities. Carpark has security at night so you can park ur safety overnight.

Breakfast arrangements was not flexible. You had to go to a restaurant located out of the hotel for food. In addition, the breakfast had to be dine in. Take away is not allowed. I needed to pack the food for my family as e kids needed more time to get ready.

It wasn't my first check-in at the premise as I'd been there 4 years ago when it was named as Taiping Tune Hotel. So, the expectation of this hotel was what I've experienced before. Location of the hotel is great as it is opposite of Taiping Central Mall and Lotus Supermarket, hence very convenient for those who come to Taiping to stay in but lazy to take transportation just to have food or grab something from the supermarket. The receptionist was helpful and always ready to welcome guests, so we didn't have to wait for long time to get us checked in and got our rooms. Rooms were not that spacious nor small either, there was a small space near the closet for us to pray. They were clean and tidy. Parking space for cars are available outside the premise and its basement. Bathroom comes with shampoo and shower cream, plus toothbrushes.

We came as a pair of sisters who loved to travel, so we were taken aback to see that we were given only a mug for drinking, albeit two water bottles were provided. The TV remote was out of battery, or so I think as I couldn't change TV channels with it and had to do it manually. Although a plastic bin was placed in the bathroom, we wished that another bin is placed in the room as well, normally under the table. Finally, we couldn't get connected with the WiFi even though there wasn't password needed to connect with the internet. This issue had been going since 4 years ago, so I think the hotel should do the WiFi signal checking regularly.

1) Excellent location for a walking heritage trail & a food centre almost next door! 2) The bedlinen is clean and the bed solid! 3) Air con in the room works very well & silently. 4) Sheltered basement car park keeps car cool.

1) Room is somewhat small 2) Shower door knob is missing but this is not a big deal, really.
