Great stay in Sliema for our first night in Malta. The property is off the beaten path a bit in a residential neighborhood, which is a nice retreat from the bustle of the Balluta area down the road. Room was nicely appointed and everything felt modern and fresh. Great hostess and really nice breakfast upstairs with a pretty spectacular view -- the perfect way to start the day.

No complaints. It was a great value for the money. Would stay here again.

This hotel is superb. The staff cannot do enough for you. Marcos on breakfast duty, excellent. Tracey the housekeeper, second to non. Zara, the owner, always smiling and wanting to make things better!!! I am sure perfection is her middle name. Xx Now, it is not very often that I am stuck for words, but Zorana, the receptionist, stand in housekeeper, reservation manager, the font of all knowledge, trust me, what she doesn't know about Malta, or anything else for that matter, is not worth knowing. I cannot praise you enough for making my wife and myself, on our delayed honeymoon, feel so special on our arrival. You all welcomed us into your hotel with open arms. These guys work as a team, and really do go the extra mile. You will not be disappointed.

Am I allowed to say nothing? No complaints whatsoever.

The room decor is breath-taking, so nice and elegant and luxurious. Cleanliness was maintained at all times. Staff is very nice and helpful and very easily reached. Both check-in and check-out were made easy for us.

No parking was available, it was a headache for us to park. It is situated in a very busy road and parking is very limited. Also, the breakfast could have been better in terms of variety as it was quite limited. Having said this, the few items available were very fresh and great-tasting. Our only issue was the number of items available and variety.

The staff was nice, not always available at the reception, but always a message away. The room was beautiful and the shower had an immense amount of pressure, which was wonderful. It was a short walk (10 min) to closest the restaurants.

Breakfast was a bit simple, but understandable for the size of the hotel. The shower produced so much steam (loved the pressure though) that the whole room felt a bit damp for our whole stay. Our room door was a bit broken, so every time we had a struggle closing it. The hotel is close to the nearest restaurants but the neighborhood only has very narrow, mostly broken, sidewalks.

It was a great pleasure staying at the hotel! Zorana and all the members of the staff were extremely helpful and nice; therefore, we felt like staying at home. Our room with a balcony was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was varied and the whole atmosphere was great. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center of St. Julian’s and near Valetta. There is a bus stop near the hotel which is a big advantage because you can go everywhere using buses on Malta. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel when being on Malta. How to give less than 10/10 to Zorana and her team? Nice and new, small and well kept hotel on a good location in Saint Julian’s. Located in a quiet neighborhood but only a few steps away from Balluta Bay where you can find a wide range of bars, restaurants etc. It’s a boutique hotel so there is no swimming pool or other facilities but we knew that in advance, so this was not a problem for us. Rooms are nice, good airconditioning, very nice bathroom and big and good shower. We personally very much appreciated the input of Zorana (the manager) and her team. They are always nice, very welcoming and have loads of information to give, always with a smile. What would you possibly want more?

Everything was perfect, on the first day we arrived very early, Zorana was waiting for us at the reception, knowing the day before that we would arrive early. The room was prepared for us and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The girl serving breakfast was very nice and polite. It was a pleasure for me and my wife to see her every morning in a good mood and with a smile on her face when we where there. Also we had the pleasure of meeting the owner and her son, it is very nice to know that the management are so involved in everything that happens with the hotel. Zorana helped us with everything we needed during our stay and informed us about the main attractions in Malta. We really enjoyed her company and advice. Thank you. When we come back we will definitely stay here again.

This brand new boutique hotel is a real jewel, urban location just a stroll away from Baluta and Spinola Bay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, full of natural light and all one can ask for, balcony is very nice. Bed is wonderful and perfect to rest and watch big flat TV with many chanals. Really enjoyed hotels Continental breakfast freshly made. Staff always there - helpful with a smile. From the reception to the terrace this new hotel has all you need for business trip or just relaxing vacation on this beautiful islands. Be back soon for sure, keep up the good work.

Great hotel. Consistently good and free breakfast on the rooftop was nice. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and hotel felt very modern. Whole room cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly. Overall good value.

Only problem is not the hotels fault but it's an annoying walk to St Julian's Bay if you going back and forth a lot like we did. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the bay either up or down a steep hill.

Amazing staff and place, cleanliness. I loved how the room looked and staff were really friendly and available for me. When I had some questions, I could just write a message and then replied to me as soon as possible with clear answer. I also appreciate the sightseeing information they send at the beginning of travel.

AC in a room didn't seem to be working properly sometimes, it's cold even though I set 30 degrees. Lounge was beautiful but wifi isn't useful there so I had to use my mobile data.
