Room had very nice view from the balcony. Hotel is located just in front of bus stations so you can easily catch ride wherever you want to go. Very large room with air condition. Also nice view from the rooftop and pretty pool.

Very noisy especially in the early morning time, doors are very old and you can hear very loudly people that are slapping the doors and speaking in the hallway. Room keeping left few times our room unlocked even if we locked it before leaving. Bathroom could be better. Small elevator which consumed a lot of time for waiting it. We didn't know that on Malta you need special power adapter so we struggled with our devices.

Great location at the quiter end of Sliema. Short stroll to swimming spots, restaurants, and St Julian's bay. Helpful staff who fixed a problem we had straight away. Good variety of breakfast included, beautiful views from breakfast room and rooftop pool. Good value.

The bed had a plastic mattress protector which was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the top sheet was too small (single on a queen bed). The room was very small, with limited sea views through the tall trees, even though we booked a sea view room. The lift is also tiny. The strengths outweigh the weaknesses, though.

The view from tour room was amazing. Breakfast is very good for the price, very good options to have you started for the day and good value. Staff was friendly.

I can’t say the photos lie, but you do have the impression the room is nicer than it looks in person. The condition wardrobe doors, rubbish bin in the bathroom and hairdryer are not the best. Also the shower box with curtains which don’t look the cleanest. For the view, breakfast and staff friendliness it was worth it, but they certainly could do with some renovations.

Great location, overlooking a cute bay with good swimming and rocky beaches for sunbathing. Great view from breakfast room. Roof top terrace a great place to chill at the end of the day, dip in the little pool and have a lovely hot shower outside. Breakfast offering was perfect for me.

My initial room was a bit shabby, also noise from machinery (possibly water pump) turning on and off all night. I swapped rooms. Much smarter and lovely and quiet. I did tend to use stairs as lift isn’t great.

The location is excellent. The staff is all extremely kind and the hotel feels safe! Breakfast was amazing and the bed was super comfortable! The view it's stunning! The room was super clean and the cleaners were very respectful of our property even when we left in a rush and left the room a mess we would return to a very nice and clean room.

It's an old hotel so it's normal that the walls are find, so if some guests would be noisy we could ear them. They could provide one more towel, because some guest like me bring a small badge and that would be useful. I was too shy to ask for one extra. Apart from that excellent experience!

Excellent location and good restaurants nearby

I had the absolute best view of St Julian’s Bay. The location is perfect with bus stops, restaurants and the walk along the coastline right out the front door. The room has all you need. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, Netflix on tv for those lazy evenings, hair dryer, large wardrobe, safe and spacious bathroom.

I thought I booked a walk out balcony but I had a ‘Juliet Balcony’. I still had lovely views, the windows slid all the way across and being top floor was A*. I would have just preferred to be informed, as to know what I’m paying extra for. I would take my elderly mother but I would be ready to wait for the lift as it’s very small and slow (traditional Maltese style building).

The location was great, close to the bay and promenade and restaurants. Nice view from the roof top. The staff was very kind and helpful, helped with a mini fridge which was not included initially, with a UK to EU power plug adapter and with guidance related to visiting tips. Also the breakfast was enjoyable and had the right amount of food variety considering the price we paid. It could have definitely be worse but happy it was not. And special thanks to the kind waiter that was helping everyone with any needs they might have.

The rooftop swimming pool was not maintained for a long time, but when I asked at the reception they didn't say it was out of commission, they did recommend the sea, but probably should have said to not use the pool as it has unclean water.

The hotel is close to anything important in Malta, has several wending machines inside and some good leisure possibilities next to it. The staff is also nice and helpfull, but one guy I already had problems with last year. The WiFi is good too. The second room we got was also quite confortable

The bed was literally tired and the ac should be cleaned, maybe some forniture should be renewed as well, but for this price it is more than acceptable!

Not the comfiest room. Heating didn't work (the remote on the wall was locked). After getting the heat to work with the help of the staff, the remote stayed locked still and and I couldn't change the temperature or turn it off for the night. Also as there was a bathtub in the bathroom, the shower tab didn't work (broken). Mirror in the bathroom + the table lamp looked a bit old. TV channels didn't work properly but luckily there was Netflix installed. Not enough plugs, especially next to beds. Also didn't like the smoke smell in the corridor and staircase + the extremely tiny elevator :)
