The hotel was beautiful and the view was amazing from our room. Great location to all the restaurants and bars. The breakfast had much to offer. We did not do the all-inclusive since there were so many places off the property to check out. We already booked for next year!

maid service did not come during the three days we were there. There was so much security and resticted access for others to visit us, I thought I was in a prison.

I loved the location. It was a short walk to different kinds of bars, restaurants, and shops. the property felt safe, there is an atm onsite, nearby pharmacies, and clean.

Breakfast was good! However, it was kind of confusing we weren’t sure if you could walk in or wait to be seated. you’re supposed to wait to be seated even though there weren’t any signs. but even though we did wait to be seated we never got serviced coffee. I mention this because we saw other groups get their coffee poured for them. I had to go to the Waiters station to get some. I wish the consistency was same for everyone.

Well located high-star hotel in the center of Los Cabos. Expensive but the quality is worth it.

One of the security guard at night tried to make me pay $10 to bring a friend to my room, saying she needed to be registered. I'm not sure if this is really legit, but it certainly felt weird. Also, having to give a $100 deposit on top of the room price is quite an annoyance.

Our favorite place. I can’t wait to come back. It’s the perfect value property. Last time we stayed, we didn’t know they had an all inclusive option. We booked it this time and it was well worth it. The quesa birria at the light house restaurant is amazing. We had it every morning. I was also very surprised that the wine on the all inclusive package is from Mexico. We loved the Chenin. The staff is so fantastic everywhere. The pool, front desk, spa parking attendants, excursion desk, etc. When we arrived, we didn’t have a Marina view but had booked one. I called down and they fixed it right away. You must book marina view. It’s the best part with all the sea lion action. We parked. Parking is free if you’re staying. Our car had manual lights and we didn’t notice, our rental died and the security was able to give us a jump. We were so grateful. Pool service was fabulous. The pool is quite warm if it’s a hot day. I only wish it was a little cooler and refreshing but it’s fine. The third day it rained in the morning so it was perfect that afternoon. We had Pablo as our server the first day and kept coming back to him. He recommended to us a fantastic local taco spot Tacos Ramiros. Worth a walk into town along with your other adventures into town. Pablo was the best. We will look for him next time! The massage. Wow. So needed. On our last day. There was a deal $84 usd for 80 minutes. My girl Blanka hooked it up. I was beyond relaxed. My husband had Elizbet and loved her too. This is not a five star property but it is a great value and we will absolutely be back.

Pool a little hot. Room never got quite to as cold as I’d like for sleeping but ok. It’s a little rough but great value.

We went there on a fishing trip, the hotel is right next to the marina, which is very convenient for getting the fishing boat. It also is located right downtown Cabo which is great for dining, shopping, and walking around. The hotel room over looked the marina, great view! The hotel and our room was very clean, and cleaned daily. The restaurant was on the second floor next to the swimming pool, very convenient location. Even though it's a larger hotel, it never felt crowded, plenty of elbow room, and top notch service from the staff. We will be staying there again in the future!!!

This was our first trip to Cabo and we had a lot of fun. Fishing was great, people where friendly, food was great, no complaints!

Location is excellent, Breakfast was enjoyable. Staff is extremely friendly. View of marina is stunning. Easy access to bars and restaraunts was convienient. David Sanchez was beyond helpful and the nicest manager ever. We worried about nightlife noise, that turned out to be a non event.

Slider door in room was broken. Purchased a king suite got a queen instead. Refills on coffee at breakfast was so slow. Bed was like sleeping in a canoe. Hidden ECO fee of two dollars per day was tacked on at checkout .... No where was that mentioned ahead of time. Food at tesoro light house was sub par.

We had a great overall stay, included breakfast was amazing. It was great to have both a-la-cart and buffet options for breakfast, both were very good. It was the end of the busy season when we were in Cabo so the hotel was on the quiet side which was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.

They try to get you to join their members program shortly after check-in. They try to get you go into a 90 minute presentation in exchange for some discounted local experiences. There was a bit of construction happening around the hotel due to it being the slow time but it did not disturb us very much as it was at the other end of the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the marina. The room was quite comfortable with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast was good, although we should have done the other option and gone to the restaurant which we did the last day and it was much better. The hotel is right on the malecon, and it's easy to walk all around the harbor. There are so many people on the docks trying to sell tours and trips but they aren't too insistent. We were happy with the location and the room.

People staying there should know that they fumigate all the rooms regularly. We found a note under our door on the next-to-last night that the room would be fumigated the next day. The note said that the chemicals would not harm humans but the internet says that all fumigation is bad for people. They offered to skip our room, but it was at the top of narrow stairs and it seemed as if the chemicals would reach the room. Finally they moved us to a place that had been fumigated several weeks before.

Everything was good! A light bulb was out in the bathroom and I met housekeeping in the hallway and they came and replaced d it immediately.
