We are world travelers preferring small boutique hotels but this was an unexpected pearl. Wow, the staff, ALL from housekeeping to restaurant staff were beyond professional and friendly. Sincerely welcoming in a way that is rare.

Not a thing. Keep up the great work.

right on the beach, great views, nice pools, extremely friendly staff and the best food we’ve had at an all inclusive property

perhaps coffee shop can be open @ 6:30 am. not allow vacationers to save beach chairs early n leave it empty so others can’t use beach chairs. more night time entertainment

Stellar service from EVERYONE, from the person that assigned my room to the bellmen that carry your luggage to your room, the folks that set up a taxi for you in the lobby, to front desk & housekeeping (!) & room service, exceptionally clean rooms, great quality towels and beddings super important, room service included and they are on time and serve it well. Hugo at front desk and Mario at the Gabi bar were my favorites! The bracelet is your key so you won't have to carry a card around and lose it. Very good at honoring special requests like what you want specifically in the minibar. Beach area was a fun swim! Mole restaurant was fantastic! Seafood items in the restaurants were outstanding, very Baja fresh! Lots of love to the great folks who work hard here to make your stay excellent!

The hours for the restaurants and bars(wish they were open earlier/later), and maybe could use more options for room service menu(I feel like there was more of a selection just a few years back). A couple of restaurant items are hit and miss. Pool gets quite busy in the afternoon so go in the morning if you want to lounge and get your pick of a prime spot! Or head to the beach area instead- you can get drinks there too!

My family and I had the most wonderful time here. This was our first time at an all inclusive and the room, food and service exceeded our expectations. Our concierge Geronimo went above and beyond at every moment to look after us. As a queer family we were attracted to the hotel because of its positive ratings and we were not disappointed. On the occasion of being treated poorly by a staff member at the one restaurant on site not run by the hotel, the whole reserve team , especially our concierge, Geronimo, jumped into action to remedy the situation. We genuinely felt taken care of. We had an amazing Spa day and felt super relaxed and taken care of. The beach and area of ocean safe to swim in are magical. Away from the crowds of Cabo san Lucas the Paradisus is a gem of a hotel. We look forward to going back soon!

We live in Houston, we are spoiled by so many amazing restaurants and excellent service. What we noticed with it being an all inclusive that since the hotel basically already has your money and I guess not everyone tips, the service in the various restaurants was pretty inconsistent. Not bad but not the level we are used to. However, this was not the case in the reserve lounge or bar, here everything was excellent, well worth the upgrade.

The view was breathtaking. The restaurants and bars are easy to find

The only thing I can say I didn’t like or took an issue with was that there only one restaurant open for lunch.

Every single thing about our stay was incredible. We stayed in the deluxe swim up room ocean front (adult only) and it was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The staff was all so amazing and so friendly. The whole resort was SO clean which was important during Covid. We have absolutely no complaints during our week long stay. We were asked if we needed anything, if we were relaxing, if we were good. We travel a lot and this is probably the BEST places that we have ever stayed. All inclusive is the way to go! There are a lot of food options and if we didn't feel like getting out of the pool long enough to get dressed for dinner...we ordered room service. The swim up pool was the best feature for us, well that and the ALL INCLUSIVE part. So this means we walked out on our patio and could get right in the more private pool. The main pool is HUGE and was a lot of fun also. They had lots of activities like morning workout in the pool, trivia by the swim up bar, fire juggling people, and of course a lot more. There was a new band playing live every night at 9pm. We have always said that if we visit the same location twice that we wouldn't stay in the same hotel but I do believe this one is an exception! We would 100% visit Paradisus again! DON'T SECOND GUESS THE DELUXE SWIM UP! Do it!!! You will thank us later!!

nice rooms, nice pool area. beach area was compact (very limited space with sun loungers). food was good. some of the staff were very friendly. drinks were good. shout out to the barman at the restaurant near the pool: best drinks in the hotel.

some of the staff were not the most professional (very slow, forgetful, not friendly. luckily there were few like this, but for a resort which prides on their standards, it could be improved) food menus rather restricted if you would stay for a longer period of time. service in the restaurants could be better.

The view was stunning and the staff was great most of the time. Due to either shortages of workers or other reasons unknown to us, we did have long wait times for food service and maintenance.

Mold grew in our room causing us to move rooms. The second room started the same growth. We were told it was due to the humidity, but we expected more from a claimed 5 star. Also the facility is nice, but not a true five star.

I loved the hospitality, prompt responses when i needed things explained and all the staff.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t any activities going in throughout the day. very quiet and dry.

La Palapa restaurant for adults only if you book a reserve room was awesome. Great food and attentive service. Los Moles was good and the Japanese was average for sushi. I was at the beach every day and really liked that there was a swimmable cove. I swam in the ocean every day and really enjoyed it. The bar at the Beach Bar had great views for a drink or lunch.

I looked forward to the "concierge" service. Get that out of your mind! The only thing they do is book your dinner reservation. I was never properly assigned a concierge and I was thinking it was more than I got. That would not deter me from going back but I would not play it up as a service.
