The resort is beautiful. You are welcomed by the friendliest staff. The waiters and pool staff are INCREDIBLE excellent customer service, always friendly, and going the extra mile for you. Food is great for the price as well

Everything was great up until the last day. The Hotel was bought out by a large wedding group in which they allowed children to an adults only resort. The wedding guests partied loud till the late hours of the night not respecting the other guests. The food menu was changed to accommodate this large group without consideration for the other guests remaining. Had we known about this event we would have switched our dates but we were not told about this change till the day of the event.

it is just gorgeous! the spa was incredible and Kareli let - great team! entertainment staff were so much fun! Esmeralda, Cesar, Angel and all were so much fun and kept us busy!! our waiters at the pool were great! Eric, Leon, Sergio, Arturo and others were attentive and wonderful! all of our staff at restaurants were exceptional! Sergio, Juan, Lena, and others were fabulous! Alan and others at the bar were awesome! great experience! I wish I had all the names down but EVERYONE was lovely, helpful, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile!

no swimmable beach but pool was fantastic! we knew this though coming in! also, sometimes the app didn’t work and then would go to restaurants with empty tables and couldn’t get seated at the ones that require reservations. the app needs to be better… but concierge helped us!

Marquis Hotel has made our holidays unforgettable. Every room and every place has an astonishing view of the see. The combination of the blue see, the white walls of the hotel and the green palms makes an idyllic environment. For us the most extraordinary was the excellent, warm and personal treatment received by all the staff, managers, waiters, cleaners and the lobby members. They pay attention to every single detail and they are always trying to make your stay better. We have also enjoy the infinity pool, the quality of the food, the spacious and the illuminated room and all the daily events that the hotel organised. The hotel offers also information for doing activities outside, they can also arrange the pick up for you. The last day, we could use the hotel facilities and services even after the check out, as our plane was leaving late. We will sure come back!!!

The staff at Marquis absolutely made our trip! I can’t imagine how many people are actually working there and it is such a seamless, well-oiled machine. From the moment we checked in with Rogelio, we knew this would be a great place. We had exceptional service from Alexis and Josè at the pool, Aldo at Pergola, Christopher at Sakke, Tania at Espresso Cappuccino and from Rosa…who seemed to be everywhere and never gave any less than perfect service. Catalina was the best maid I have ever had, as well! These people are working so hard every day and we are so grateful for them! Thank you all for everything you did for us!! The location is awesome and watching the whales pass by each day and the crazy rays jumping in the air was a blast! The beach is so clean and we enjoyed walking every morning down to the ends and back. it’s a great place to relax and unwind and not have the party crowds and drunks at a swim up bar. It’s only 15-20 minutes in an Uber to Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo and the marina in Cabo San Lucas was clean and safe. Take a boat tour to see the Arch and Lover’s Beach! So fun!!

The stay was amazing but if I had to pick anything, I would say the cool hot tubs and the firm mattress.

The staff is absolutely brilliant. Food is of good quality. Pools and facilities are kept well and are very pleasant.

Some guests get up at 6.30 am and go to claim pool chairs that they eventually occupy at 11 am or so. That limits pool seating for others. The hotel is not removing towels from unoccupied chairs like they do in other resorts.

It was in a beautiful location and it was very clean and no pressure from timeshare. The staff was excellent and food was very good. My room was amazing

I did not like that you had to pay extra to eat at the higher price Resturant that they had. We had already paid enough for the all inclusive to eat at the property. It was not cheap to book the stay.
