The staff was accommodating, always working to ensure that the property was nice, clean, and enjoyable.

I did not like that there are no face wash clothes. There are only small face and dry towels. I did not like having to ask the staff to place their finger on a finger pad to enter the exercise area. In addition, I did not like that there where no advertisements for near by amenities on the property.

Amazing view of the arch and the ocean! Nice big room and comfortable big bed. Friendly staff and good amenities.

Some hairs in the sheets and one of the showers only had cold water. it would also be great to have some patio furniture.

-The location is excellent! -Cleanliness, and the cleaning staff are exceptional! -Very roomy, ideal for a family of 4. -Easy parking. - It is close to great restaurants, beaches, and nightlife.

- Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly. - Air conditioner didn’t work. -It needed upgrades, especially in the bathrooms, things like hooks for your clothes, or towels, shelves in the shower to put your things on, and so forth.

The Sunrock is centrally located between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose. The view of the famous Arco (Arch) Rock formations was amazing. Lastly, excellent customer service by Gabriel M. who promptly resolved a billing question to our satisfaction.

The property is somewhat dated but otherwise clean and well maintained.

Great bang for.your buck. Two bedrooms, a quiet, seldom-used pool, a well-equipped gym, and ocean views galore for a fraction of what you'd typically pay for these amenities.

Water pressure is very low, but that might be due to understandable water saving measures. The furniture could use a little updating, as could the tiling on the floors (a few were loose in my suite)

Sunrock Condos was a great place to stay. It was minutes from Cabo San Lucas, Mendano Beach, and Santa Maria Bay - all places we enjoyed visiting. Our Condo was large, extremely clean, and the service was exceptional. We needed some help with a couple of things and our needs were promptly met. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is also extremely affordable. I will stay here again.

They really need to get Wifi that connects with Apple products. A couple of basic chairs on the balcony would also be great.

Location, spacious apartment, pool loungers

The kitchen was missing basics like pots, oil, salt and pepper. No outdoor chairs. To be able to purchase 5 gallon water containers. We were on the 4th floor and for a group of people that is a lot of water to carry up.

The view is amazing.

We were 5 people in the main room. The hot water faucet was to tight. We couldn't open it. We ask for help but they couldn't either. They next day someone came to help but it was our last day so we said "it's fine". (We stay for one day). The building doesn't have elevator and we stay at tne 4th floor. It was a work-out.

It had a good view of the ocean. It was within walking distance of my sons wedding at the Cape and it was a nice walk. The small cafe by registration was wonderful. The food was always fresh, cooked correctly and very courteous staff. The french fries were better than most you get in the states. AND the bill always came with the total in pescos and US currency so you could pay either way.

We booked a doctor for the covid test for 24 hours before leaving and he never showed. It was required at the time. Luckily there is an urgent care center next to registration and they did it for half the price. Our phones would not work for calling local drivers or whatever. We could text and call all our family so thats good. Oh, there were no washcloths. They didnt understand what they were or ??? So bring your own loofa LOL

Large two bedroom, two bath condo with full kitchen with a nice view of the coast all the way to land's end. Two small beaches were a short walk away.

The grounds of the condos are not partiucarly nice or manicured like resorts. There was a pool, but only a few lounge chairs. Pizza was good at the restaurant, but breakfast wasn't. Need your own transportation or uber/taxi to get into town (ie the marina or medano beach area). This condo is just outside of town on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose, close to San Lucas.
