View from our balcony was beautiful

There was an AGGRESSIVE push towards selling you their version of a timeshare. If you sit through it, you get a free breakfast and can purchase discounted excursions. NOT worth it. Every time I said no, they sent another team member over to talk to me. The 90 minutes presentation they promised took most of the day. We spent almost 5 hours. We lost an entire day.

The location and scenery was great. There were no chaises that faced the ocean. Those were only available for members or if you were at the adult pool. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice variety. We had to pay extra for water at breakfast.

Uber service was not allowed access to pick up from hotel. That was very inconvenient and part of hotels agenda to have guests pay $7 for shuttle service each way per guest to their sister hotel at the Marina. Not cost effective for a family with kids. For a luxury hotel - No complimentary coffee service or water in the room.

we loved the views , The Villa’s, and the pools. The workers in the lobby area were very friendly and very helpful and attentive.

The smell of fish in our bathroom refrigerator and kitchen sink area. Also we did not care for that the whole resort was not all inclusive. Restaurant the restaurant staff was hit or miss summer extremely awesome and friendly others were not. Along with that the food was hit or miss sometimes try to be too fancy and just not very good. The resort is also not handy cap friendly lots of walking lots of stairs. They do have golf carts to get you around yet I would advise those with a handicap not to go to this resort.

absolutely gorgeous view!! the food was fantastic!! loved the variety. we tried all of the restaurants and had a hard time deciding which was our favorite. the staff was helpful and friendly

check in was confusing. 4:00 check in didn’t happen. there needs to be an explanation between all inclusive (which we got through booking.com) and what the property pushed when we got there. tips were also confusing. wait staff wants cash. we messaged ahead of time to make sure we had 2 beds (not 1 king and a pullout couch) which was confirmed. when we got to the property they only had king. the pull out couch was TERRIBLE!! the property was not full but they still would not change our rooms. this was incredibly disappointing since we were spending a lot on our room. it appeared that because we booked through booking.com that they weren’t as accommodating we booked a deluxe suite and the room was on the first floor with a view of the taco bar. not deluxe!!

1- Perfect location overlooking the ocean, interior decoration tastefully showcasing Mexican colours & style against classical wooden furniture. 2- Adults only pool section had the most stunning view out towards the coastline, incredibly relaxing watching and listening to the waves crashing 4- We ate at the Italian pizza place and appreciated the gorgeous view again. 5 - Staff were friendly and made the stay enjoyable. 6 - Room with ocean view is a must, was the center piece of our stay with balcony overlooking the Pacific with view towards Cabo

Only things we didn’t appreciate was 1) no free water in rooms and charged 7 USD for a bottle out of the fridge (note, no information in room about drinks cost so was only a nice ‘surprise’ on check out), scandalous given that other “cheaper hotels” we stayed in across southern Baja always provided clean drinking water. It is penny pinching in the wrong area 2) layout of hotel and heat in June means you rely of golf caddies to move around, considering that it is a necessity I don’t think guests should be obligated to tip every single ride.

The facility was very clean and beautiful. So nice no reason to leave while on site you have everything you need.

I did not like the check in process nothing.was explained clearly but buying all inclusive. We didn't understand where and who to.reserve dinner reservations. Didn't know when to call to reserve from.what time to what time? Confused about transportation.from airport and returning. I have never been in cabo so was trying to figure things out quickly. I think.upon.reserving there could have been transportation options told to.use with shuttle, ubrr and taxi.

The food in all of the restaurants were delicious, with enough variety across the property that we didn't eat the same thing twice over our week long stay. Staff were all friendly and attentive, and helped us enjoy our days with the pool and sunshine!

There were a couple of loud groups, but it was not a huge surprise since it was the beginning of Spring Break. Signing for every drink while on an all-inclusive plan is also a slight annoyance.

Great pools and facilities. The staff for the resort were very personable and friendly. Pools were everywhere! Great hot tubs and spa treatments. But, I would not recommend using Booking.com, I had to pay again!

First and foremost, I would not use Booking.com to book, they did not pay the hotel and I had to pay AGAIN!! Nearly $1,600 and still trying to get it back! Had to file a dispute with my credit card company after being ignored in my attempts to reach Booking.com. As for the hotel, the service in the restaurants was slow and the food was mostly mediocre. They charge for every little thing and make it challenging to leave the property and explore more of Cabo.

I enjoyed breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Also the rest of staff was also very friendly.

When I checked in the reception staff did not inform me that I would have to pay a daily sanitizing fee for My accommodations. I did not see the staff sanitize my room so I am not sure when it was done. They did not clean my room daily . The only thing they did do was empty trash and bring fresh towels everyday. They cleaned the room 2 days for the 5 nights we stayed.

The property is in a very place with great view. Rooms were very clean and we had everything that we needed. I will definitely come back again

They need to improve their phone service. It’s hard to reach them from the USA. Also staff expects tips for any service they give you. They stand next to you waiting for a tip.
