We especially liked: the facilities, the staff, food and drinks.

We had a couple of issues with our room: -The bed mattress is very old and not comfortable. - pillows were not good. -then room safe didn't work. -the toilet valve would stay open sometimes(after flushing)and the water would keep running. -the dresser drawers were not aligned. So one drawer wouldn't close completely. At the price point we paid all those things should not be issues.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. The view was excellent from both our room and walking around the pools. The lamb at the italian restaurant was probably the best meal. The staff were very attentive and kind. The bar at night time next to the stage was fun with the different entertainment each night.

While I understand the need for tile floors all thru out the hotel, it can be a little noisy at times, ear plugs help. The steak meals at the night time steak house weren't so great. The ribeyes were very tough and difficult to cut even for med-rare, and the filet and lobster tail came out a bit undercooked.

All breakfast was great! All the food was wonderful . Hotel very clean and friendly.

The entertainment was awful. Any thing that could be considered entertainment was for children. And our room electrical outlets for charging our phones would not work. The beach was not swimmable and was advertised as swimmable.

The amenities. The wait and serving staff. The food was good, but I mostly ate seafood.

The reception staff, some had a snarky attitude.

Buffets were always good .There was always something different and you could always find something you like. Krystal was good. Very impressed with the cleanliness of everything , there were people cleaning everywhere constantly. And staff was very friendly.

Mini bar in room didn't work. Coffee maker was not stocked everyday. The gift shop was way over priced and the woman was rude. The Spa was over priced. The Japanese restaurant was HORRIBLE probably the worst meal of my entire life. The Medano Steak house was not good there was better meat at the buffet. And $17.00 per photo is ridiculous.

Wait staff and employees were amazing. Food was really good. Good choices. Location was bueatiful. Drinks really good. Entertainment was good. Rooms were older but response to light switch shortening out was quickly fixed. All in all a good place to stay.

Not impressed with management staff. I traveled with a15 yr old and they wore the bracelet that showed underage. Partner served him 14 shits tequila in 1 hour. Almost had to go to ER. I understand and dealt with my child and his choices but i wrote and reported it to management and nothing was done. We continued to have to tell bartenders he's underage and check the drinks because they would add alcohol. Needless to say. Not impressed. Never heard one word from management. Front staff said they would pull tape etc. Nothing heard again even though i asked over and over again.

All the Mexican food was great and the staff were incredibly friendly. This was my first all-inclusive and it really set the bar for any others in the future!

I called a few weeks before my reservation and noted there would be another person joining; they said that's fine and didn't ask for any more info. When we arrived, we had to pay an additional fee for adding this person "last minute" even tho I tried to earlier. I'm not sure if this extra person was the only reason, but check in took over an hour. After traveling and in a lobby that doesn't have much airflow or AC, it wasn't the greatest way to start the trip. I also didn't love how loudly and frequently they blasted the music by the pool, all day every day.
