THE LOCATION WAS GOOD - ONLY A SHORT RIDE AWAY FROM THE MARINA, ETC. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE

THE FEES. I WAS QUOTED ONE NUMBER AND SUDDENLY I'M PAYING HALF AS MUCH. A THREE NIGHT STAY GOT VERY EXPENSIVE REAL FAST WITH THE ADDITIONAL HOTEL FEES. THIS ALONE IS A SHOW STOPPER. I WON'T BE RETURNING. CALL / CHECK ALL FEES PAID PRIOR TO AND AT THE HOTEL - OR YOU'LL BE SORRY

We loved the very friendly staff, especially Catalina from entertainment and Sunny in the show restaurant. Also the water pressure in the room was great. The food was excellent and the service level very high everywhere we came!

We were not happy with the service at check-in. no flexibility as to the price for all-inclusive. Due to an accident with our son the day before we arrived, we had to change our stay to full all-inclusive and the rate was ridiculously high. We showed the staff the price difference, but no flexibility was shown. This was a very bad start to our stay!

It was perfect with family with 4 and 8 year old. The room has great ocean view and kitchen! We enjoyed the time on the beach, pool and especially jacuzzi since April was still chilly. The spa was amazing! The beach is not safe to swim for a little kids. Good location for activities!

If you are not doing all inclusive then the price is like a NY price at the bar, restaurants and also spa.

Great hotel location...walking distance to downtown to pickup supplies for the kitchenette we had. The general store on site was extremely expensive, so we avoided having to getting anything from it. We were not all inclusive, so we had our own coffee, breakfast and snacks in our room. Facilities in the hotel and beach were very clean and staff was amazing. The options for restaurants on site were excellent...we ate at the Italian, Mexican and Sports bar frequently. Nachos on the beach with happy hour drinks were the best! Like I said, all the staff in general were excellent...welcoming, helpful and extremely attentive.

The only downfall was the price of everything.. it is not cheap anymore to go to Mexico. We are used to staying at smaller and quieter resorts, but this was a bit of a luxury and we happily paid it.

At my check out they charge me 300dls just for water, candys and a some beers that were in the refrigerator in my room they never told me that by a extra charge if I take those products with 300dñs I can stay for another night with all inclusive in the hotel the need too tell every Guest about the extra charge including a page with the price of each product I'm pretty sure Profeco will like to hear about this situation

Facilities, friendly staff, very clean.

Stayed at a studio unit in building 2. The central foyer is an echo chamber and you get lots of noise from the lobby and most annoying from the bar patrons during football nights.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms

The receptionists and concierge weren’t very friendly. Ince me mentioned to the concierge that we weren’t interested in activities so totally chanted her tone, didn’t even tell us where the elevator was… All she wanted is to sell us on tours. We didn’t felt welcomed at all. Food is way overpriced if you are not doing all inclusive. Rooms could have been cleaned better. Pick this resort hoping we could swim in the oceans, but the waves were way too big. If you want to swim in the ocean pick a place closer to the marina.

pools were the best part, one adults only & one family friendly pool with fun slide shaped like a whale. 2 hot tubs and a kids pool. The room was very spacious and nice with plenty of room. housekeeping kept it very clean throughout stay. Property was close to the marina, about a 30 min walk or quick drive (Uber was around $5 to get to marina, cab was $9). resort right on beautiful Swimmable beach. live entertainment each night. was asked to do timeshare presentation but did not feel pressured to attend.

food & drinks fairly expensive if not doing all inclusive option. pools & hot tubs all closed way too early at 8:30pm. some sort of additional convenience fee of about $40 per day was added to room that was not listed in online price

The Location and the view!

Pricing is ridiculous! I was shown a breakfast included plan then I was told it was not included and charged at the end of my stay even though I asked when I arrived and was told to email where it said breakfast included and then was not advised by the staff it was not included. The beds were also not very good. We kept sinking into the middle.

Rooms were spacious and extremely well equipped. The decor and layout of the rooms was excellent and it was lovely to have a balcony to watch the sunset. It was also great to have a fridge! Staff were responsive and friendly. We asked for a quiet room and they fulfilled our request.

I understand that people like to do activities but some days they were so loud! It's hard to relax by the pool when there is screaming and loud music pumping every afternoon.
