t’s a simple hotel, no frills. However, it had what i needed for a comfortable stay. It’s quite clean, feels safe, it’s quiet at night, and the staff are nice and responsive. i really liked the shared kitchen and made breakfast in it each morning. i also enjoyed the rooftop deck, especially because i get up early in the morning and it was nice to have the roof available to sit outside and drink morning coffee and watch the sky grow light. The location is excellent - you practically fall out the door to the cathedral.

It's a long walk to the beach, and it doesn't have a pool.

Its my second time in this hotel, I love it here, it feels just like home and literally a beautiful setting just near the beautiful church and centre of san jose del cabo. All restaurants and top spots are a few steps away. Staff are nice especially Alejandro very helpful, place is clean and very good priced for a wonderful safe location. Internet was fast too. Good kitchen with ample space to meet other travellers. Definitely the best budget hotel with the best location of San Jose del Cabo.

EXCELELNT location. Right next to the Mission and main square. Hotel is spotless and rooms cleaned each day. Rooftop patio and communal kitchen facilities. Very quiet.

This isn't a complaint, but something that should be noted if you're new to Cabo. Other than the cleaning staff, I never saw any other staff at the hotel. So if you have questions about Cabo or need directions, you can go to neighboring shopkeepers and ask for help.

There was no breakfast included but there was a kitchen area that you could provide for yourself. The location was excellent. Right in the historical part, close to the restaurants and the plaza.

We had to ask for a bath mat. Needs a trash can in the main room so everything isn't stuffed in the trash can in the bathroom.

The property location, the room was functional on its own. Staff was always there, willing to help on any question for entertainment or transportation. I had access to all areas and was never disturbed. My room had a small kitchen installed and it was great, but we had access, too, to the better equipped external kitchen. The location is at the center of San José del Cabo, right in walking distance to the gallery zone, you can walk there from the highway, and arrive also via Uber, which turns out to be the cheapest option to move around the cities.

It's a silly thing, but I was never able to regulate properly the shower. Please put a sign on how to do so for us, the shower-challenged people.

The location is awesome. The room was tiny but had absolutely everything I needed including a fridge, microwave, dish and cookware. Even with the small space it never felt crowded with the layout (for a solo traveler.) It was very quiet at night after 10pm and the AC worked great. Staff was helpful and friendly. The front door and parking lot gates are locked at night, and it felt very safe there. The parking lot is super convenient if you rent a car.

The bathroom smells really musty… there’s a little bit of a drip keeping the shower constantly wet. I did get locked in to the hotel campus one morning. I went out for a 7am run and none of my keys worked to unlock the front door or parking lot gate (they recently had to change the gate lock so this may be fixed soon.) I ended up rolling under the gate to go out and it was open by the time I got back 😉

It is a small hotel . Room was basic but comfortable. Very clean . Facility provided free coffee ,water,spices itp. Kitchen was fully equipped for anyone cooking needs. Staff was very friendly, special thanks to the cleaning lady. Excellent location few steps away from main plaza . Definitely we will book again. Thank you.

Very centrally located (close to many excellent local restaurants)..Excellent value…Very clean..Friendly and respectful staff.. My family and I spent 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it..Loved this place…We will return!!

Location and cleanliness get top scores. Helpful and accommodating staff. Small and quiet low key hotel.

Bare bones accomodation. We had to go shopping for soap on day one. Subsequent days soap was magically supplied in abundance though. Washroom could use a fan.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's right in the centre of the town, just off the main square. The hotel has easy, free, secure parking right out the back and the hotel itself is incredibly basic, no frills, but is clean and the rooms have air con, and a private bathroom.
